Well, I should have some cash free at the end of this week looking for a home. If this is still sub 11p I’ll have some

Beutong sounds like it's weeks away rather than days. It's the news most were waiting for.If they bothered to listen to Steve he clearly told us he likes what he see's... so much so he's got the next drill (600m plus) already.I doubt we'll see 9p, but a great opportunity if we do. Over the year ite share price will break to new highs once BFS and Beutong results (if as expected) published.

Barneycosmo - great top up at that price mate! I read the Economist article also and feel reassured by President Jokowi's Mining investment position for Indonesia. Most Countries don't make the same mistake twice and see jobs lost and foreign investment decline. ARS are well positioned and recent price action is just a good old fashioned shake. As usual the doing nothing will win the day in this investment opportunity for sure.

Me too Mr Roper. Bit sick recently topped up just below 12p, who would have guessed it!
Got afew more beow 11p chart turning up? Below 11p cannot be resisted by me. Sold a bit at a loss to buy in here, better prospects? Gap well and truly filled at 11p.

The stock market where you transfer money from the inpatient to the patient. I also dont understand why people take advice of a bb then complain when they don't get the desired short term outcome. If you click the buy button your responsible for thst trade same as if you click the sell button, Man up & stop blaming others people.

The AsiaMet management's systematic approach to creating value will see over the next 2-3 years the continued proving up of the future potential of the asset portfolio, while using the strong predicted cash flows from the proposed near term BKM 25,000t a year copper project, to drive further resource evaluation and phased production development of the much larger Beutong prospect.

With the 2% long term growth rate of the copper market set to accelerate over the decade ahead just as the supply side enters a three year vacuum of large new mines entering production in 2019, and with current warehouse stock levels more than 50% below the 5 year average, at this stage of the commodity cycle Asia Met could not better time bringing BKM into production in 2020.

Just added 102,000. Fundamentals haven't changed. Met the CEO... very impressed with his directness and honesty. Read an interesting article in the Economist on the upcoming elections in Indonesia. Talked about the president, known as Jokowi... how foreign investment is growing as obstacles for business are being reduced. Plus government led infrastructure investment. GLA.

Some strange little comments here today from some fickle people.
I like to follow folk like JPM, Great research before they invest plus they have been involved in all the placements. Tell you something ?
Feel sound with my own due diligence, I am a full time investor and if guys like JPM support my general theory it’s great.
Maybe a bit too much exuberance from time to time on this Board, but that just happens, if someone doesn’t like it, no one’s forcing them to read it or to invest.
With a Board like we have and our Management team ,I have followed them all before and they will deliver this one.

Take a look at UPLit's rise has not begun as yet Dr Steve Staley (ex Cove energy) is the man to follow in my opinion No ramp but just sharing with yourselves what could be an easy trade towards 10p short term Lots of newsflow to arrive until end of year.

The share price is down today despite plenty of RNSs since Christmas (when I became interested), plenty of hot air on this BB and today I see plenty of justification. How many posts have I read that go something like this...'Great opportunity to add today''Must be a tree shake''MMs killing us today''I've topped up today, another 100k'This is not a balanced thread, I've seen it before on other AIM investments. A huge warning sign. I may invest one day in ARS, I'll continue to keep an eye on it. In the meantime this will go sub 10p (again).

arms - regardless as to the future prospects of the investment case, many investors sitting on 10 baggers have been known to take a little off the table.

A million shares which cost £10k at a 1p s/p, is now worth circa £110k. This imo is the principal reason for the relatively high transaction volume this year, rather than activity from II's - who would either sharply drop the share price or send it into the stratosphere should they elect to sell or buy in significant volume on the open market.

Hi Dorset64, it must have been your posts I read at the time then. Thank you! I had all but given up on the markets after that debacle but decide to do a bit of research here as a final stab at it.. Superb assets and management team so I'll see this out to the end game unless I need the cash in the meantime (hopefully not.. !)Sorry for O/T guys..

Mount Teide (13700)

"my son [...] spread bet and CFD service provider in the city. [...] the job is to convert new sales leads into active trading accounts, because of the massive turnover of clients these businesses experience."

I wonder if the massive client turnover is because many people try it and discover that they lose money. The government class it as gambling and tax it accordingly. I recall the old adage that the only way to make money with gambling is to own a casino.

An observation: a few years ago I used to read Shares Magazine a lot. In every single issue they had a "round table" or "discussion" - basically a three- or four-page article with photographs of men in suits discussing the pros and cons of spread betting. In fact it was couched as spread betting versus CFDs, implying that this was the greatest thing since sliced bread and the only choice you ever needed to make was between spread betting and CFDs.

After I had read one or two articles, there was very little new to be said. Each article covered the same ground as previous articles.

Far be it from me to suggest that Shares Magazine was taking money from providers of spread betting and CFDs, but the relentless propaganda was clearly aimed at sucking people into spread betting and CFDs.

Well said Dorset. I am completely in favour of balanced discussion with bulls and bears giving genuine opinions.

Such disingenuous posters should be unwelcome.

I would actually welcome a little more price weakness and a cheap top up but I won't be spouting nonsense just for my own book.

Why on earth would JPM be selling after the recent 11p placing? I'm quite sure they don't need the cash.
