What costs will be incurred during construction?

We need to raise circa $200m. I’d say it’s for the people who believe that’s likely to happen to outline where it’s coming from, not the person who says it won’t.

Seperate to that we appear to have running costs of crocs $4m per year. Until we’re producing can you outline where that money is coming from? Personally that would be the first question I’d ask from an entity seeking to raise $200n, as I’d want confidence they weren’t going bust.

How does the 200 million need to be fronted by Asiamet if they get a pre production offtake agreement to settle a big chunk? Explain that to me Einstein.

The $200m all needs to be fronted to us. That appears to be via a bank, off take and a form of JV. I don’t see the money being given to a company who’ll need nearly half its mcap just to stay afloat for 3 years. So where’s that money coming from would be the first question.

Tony just said the bank debt package will be circa 55-65% of the Capex. So tell me, Einstein, Mr Zambia drilling ain't happening, tell me how that is 200 million from the banks?

Nobody knows what's going on in the Cu market: one expert says no demand the other says huge demand. One says dwindling stockpiles the other says record warehouse stockpiles. Just like no economist can agree, no scientists can agree, no copper experts can agree. We're on our own folks, it's every man for himself! IMO

Just saw an update X app from Charles Archer with Manini replying: apparently there are "a small number of key bank requirements" still to complete, which appear to be: capex optimisation, FEED engineering and the Biomass power plant.Presumably when they are ticked off the bank will lend. IMO - DYOR

Have people seen the 9th question on the AGM voting forms.

“To consider and, if thought fit, to approve a resolution increasing the authorised share capital of the Company to US$50000,000 divided into 5,000,000,000 common shares of US$0.01 par value each”

What’s afoot here?

I expect this spike in the price was engineered to get a placing away.

Indeed - whilst simultaneously copper and the market have both risen.

Admittedly neither of them have to counter the enormous Manini drag co-efficient. We are now only two weeks away from it being the one year anniversary of the idiot proclaiming that Asiamet would appoint a lead bank "pretty shortly". He was either lying or is an incompetent fool - or more likely both.

You can call it what you like, it’s been pretty much in one direction in the last five or six years from 14p approx (which was the top) to less than 1p.

No, it was a stair step process to the bottom and it will likely be the same to the top.

Asiamet's share price chart of the last five years is extremely linear irrespective of the general market…….

Markets and share prices are not linear. There's a stair step process to the top. Patience.

Disappointing, but not unexpected, that the silence continues......

They were pretty much forced into speaking to Charles via shareholder pressure so probably now feel that they have done their bit on the IR front.

A recent small recovery was driven by copper prices and shareholders promoting the company, as usual nothing to do with the company itself.

The fear now is that the cash cover is now down to maybe 3 months and DOID will be sitting there with their cheque book waiting to take effective control whilst the price remains miserable and the inherent value only increases....

"Hive of corporative activity" - McClelland's BS statement from Q4 2023 being horribly exposed as time drifts by.......
