AHT one of the few FTSE 100 in the 'green'.

uppompeii will be disappointed but he's probably got his hands full dealing with 'pickings' among the fallen.

Bloomberg's higher estimate of Harvey clean-up costs have reached $100bn.

It headed back out into the Gulf to pick up strength before expecting to make land again.

If I recall from years before the hurricane in Florida gave a substantial boost to Sunbelt as noted in that years accounts.

URI up 3.3% at close ,so added on the dip this morning .

It was 2.00% earlier but resisted at previous s/r 110.

I would imagine every spare pump in the states is on route as we blog.
URI should do well with all their spare fracking pump already on station.
They can pump it into the sea, assuming they hire enough discharge hose.
Joking apart it looks horrific, and I wish them a successful and rapid recovery.

Sunbelt have 2 depots in Corpus Christie Texas and about 20 around Houston.
They may be useful.

I have no idea just that history tells us there should be 3 - I guess at that point it falls again, but where the share price is when that happens is anyones guess

Looking at the chart the price dived on the 20 June ,I assume this was the first profits warning . How long does it take them to react?
I will keep an eye on the page to see if they do react now.
