Brake, DD,

Lol!

Dream on! Reality will soon be in play imho.

Still a long term hold, in my view, but be prepared for choppy waters ahead
in the meantime I'm looking to top up when the price weakens...

Good day ian

"and AHT needs to get back to a price that is consistent with actual performance,"

"Looks like there may well be opportunities to top up at a realistic price in the coming months."
===================================================================================

I am shocked that you considered the share price was higher than its performance merited and that its price was unrealistic!!!

Heaven knows what the natives think of your post. I imagine some will have had an attack of the 'vapours'

fenners will have his abacus working overtime as his fingers flit over the beads in an effort to make sense of your statements.

You should be prepared to justify your (some would say traitorous view) to the brethren.

Hi bracke

Thanks for your analysis and comments.

Not surprised that the Trump's illusory plans are starting to unravel..

The market was well overdue for a correction, and AHT needs to get back to a price that is consistent with actual performance, not the vague promises of a flawed president in my view.

Looks like there may well be opportunities to top up at a realistic price in the coming months.

In the meantime, time to invoke my favourite strategy, as Dilbert said 'do nothing, avoid criticism', and ride out the current fluctuations ...

The share price is now being held at the Daily SMA 50.

There are a few resistance levels at the current share price position.

Higher volume than yesterday with buyers coming in at the low (Daily SMA100) with day traders profit taking curtailing the rise.

1600 is current support level.

Of some concern is the close below the last swing low in February which closed at approx 1635.

Leave my Black Swans out of it.

"the previous unquestionable" was a momentary aberration brought on by irrational under exuberance.

A chart of housing starts adjusted for population growth in the USA shows that despite 2 years of growth the US is way behind trend. Suggests that there is a whole load more growth to come.

"Global stock markets have come under pressure amid fears that shares - boosted by the election of Donald Trump - may be at their most overvalued in 17 years.London's FTSE 100 Index was more than 60 points lower in early trading, adding to losses in the previous session.Asian stocks had fallen overnight with Japan's Nikkei down 2% and Hong Kong's Hang Seng more than 1% lower. It followed a drop of more than 1% for New York's S&P 500, Wall Street's biggest sell-off since before Mr Trump's election in November. The losses were prompted by investors dumping risky assets and shifting over to safe havens such as gold and bonds - parcels of government debt.It follows a poll by Bank of America Merrill Lynch that found 34% of investors believed shares were the most overvalued of all asset types. That was the highest proportion in 17 years, with US stocks identified as the most expensive."
