Today the share price is having another look at the last swing low and the Median Line at 1044. It did dip below to 1036 but was supported at the Median Line and has moved back up to 1044 as I type.

It's under pressure.

AHT hasnt made any gains of note since September 14. This is turning into a poor year all round.

Aye to that. Cant understand where its going wrong for URI. They were valued far greater than AHT historically.
Lets hope the soft month hasnt turned into a soft quarter.

URI down 2.3% @ 7930 last at this level Feb. 2014.
They report Q2 results 22 July.
I think we are tarred with the same brush.
Lets hope their results are better than expected or we will have a long wait untill our results.
I live in hope with a little paranoia.
Cheers

US unemployment claims down again - increasing the likelihood of Yellen going in September.

So $ rising - taking Ashtead with it. They have the most exposure of any company in the FTSE to the $.

So goes the dollar, so goes Ashtead.

Ashtead Group and Wolseley are both gaining on the back of the rising US dollar

Wolseley has had a particularly good run.

"they will be showered with concessions by their strict aunts and uncles".
===========================================================================

You mean Auntie Angela and Uncle Wolfgang will allow them to do what they are told.

The Greek 'yes' was the catalyst to push the share price over 1070 resistance which it was making such a fuss over. Now comes the interesting part. How will it deal with the Daily SMA 200 currently at 1096.

Once they admit they have been naughty boys and promise not to do it again they will be showered with concessions by their strict aunts and uncles.
They will never pay the debt off and why should they the USA never do, just raise the ceiling.

A Greek 'yes' vote is akin to turkeys voting for Christmas.

A Greek 'no' vote is akin to turkeys voting for Thanksgiving.

It provides a stark example to the meaning of 'between a rock and a hard place'.

The share price is dithering.

You will observe that on previous occasions that following a biggish fall it has reversed and risen without any fuss but not this time.

The Daily MACD is rising but the share price is having a problem getting past 1070. It needs to 'get cracking'.

The article is from last week.
Three weeks ago using almost the same wording the point was 1138.
I guess I will not be subscribing.
I'll follow bigboy's insider info as it seems as good.

I can see no particular relevance to 1092. I can see a relevance to 1096 which is the current Daily SMA 200.

The Daily SMA 200 was last at 1092 on 24 June. Does their use of 1092 go back to that date?

I must try to read more about these technical terms. They have passed me by.

I see the share price is giving 1070 a good 'squeezing'.
