I see this company is still stealing shareholders money and delivering naff all apart from lies and dog poo. Recent share issue was just to pay the boards wages. Rinse and repeat here. AVOID BUYING SHARES HERE.

What has Mr Parsons done for Ast?

Well the share price is a quarter of what it was a day before he came on board. And he has raised £800,000 or is it £700,000 or is it £500,000 or is it £485,000? Whatever. He has raised some money and is starting legal proceedings and using some of the money he has raised to force some of his friends to give him some money. All above board. He will find it hard to raise any more money. Fewer friends in the new world. Today he mothballed Coro Energy for the foreseeable future. Coro is in oil and gas and gas a nice $4.5 million cash pile to keep him warm and salaried for a while. Coro has assets in Italy which are hardly paying. And Slovenia is next door to Italy. Why is he not shutting down Ast costs in Slovenia? He can't sell them much as he would like to. The trouble is Ast has no cash pile to sit on for the next few years. He needs to raise more cash for his push into the sunny Carribean sea. It is nice and warm there. Hence the conference call. A tried and tested method. Loosen the clasps on the cheque books. Yours. It is your duty to get unseemly excited.

Tlou Energy (TLOU) issued a response to prevailing financial market conditions. Main point is that directors are reducing their salaries by 50%. No such luck for shareholders at Echo Energy (ECHO). They’re just "asking the holders of its debts to defer all cash interest payments during 2020.”

There were other announcements from “old favourites” Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), Ascent Resources (AST) and Zenith Energy (ZEN) too, but I’m not sure that, other than the comedy aspect, there’s that much interest anymore in what are openly non-viable companies.

Better still sell it for a nominal amount with a percentage of future profits !

Amazing how long these Outfits can keep going...it's some game the lure of hydrocarbons. Or was. They're off to South American tax havens. But someone is 200k short. Cold feet...lol the drama.

I totally agree with Dusty101, please be careful with this company and investing with them! They've done nothing besides shaft the long term investors with dilution after dilution!

I wouldn’t invest in this company. I’ve followed this for a while now, all promises but delivered f all. They have screwed all investors here and have just raised more money just to keep there snouts in the trough. Stay away from investing here.

Now run by two failed AIM company directors🤥🐷💰9354; investors perhaps don’t think they’re going to be able to “perform”; in this type of market and of the £800,000 supposedly raised, only £500,000 was actually paid over. Hopefully, it will cover their salaries for a month or two💰

Another company that’s just ripped off all there investors. I’m amazed this is legal and surprised how common this happens. Aim market is just a con imo.
