Riverfort are not out unless the terms of financing have been changed. Read the original RNS and as company have not issued anything else this cannot be case.

Volume yesterday with at least half a billion more buys than sells. According to original funding RNS Riverfort are not allowed to sell more than monthly tranche so what the hell was that 225m?

Riverfort are limited to c35m shares a month and no short selling clause. Unless AST have breached financing terms then that 225m was them. No RNS from BoD this am must mean they haven't so most likely alternative is hostile takeover incoming imo.

No news is good news. If some of the wilder twitter speculation about breaching financing terms or going private were right they would have had to be RNSd this am imho.

Yes debt collector, I believe a deal of some sort is close also. The directors are in a closed period so it all makes sense and they mentioned that they were in discussions with other entities. Share price will move a lot higher from here that's for sure. Good luck all
