The way the stock is being held back suggests an announcement is imminent.

Who said the wells are depleted we will find out what they've found middle of september. With regards litigation no win no fee it as to be cant see a placing or some one funds it for a cut who knows let's see..

These wells are depleted and so there's going to be nil to little gas or oil without stimulation.
