17/6/2019 08:37 | Good Morning ! | chinese investor
16/6/2019 12:10 | These wells had high temp and pressures as well? Might be worth asking colin at the agm why we are struggling considering the flow tests exceeded expectations. It's as if it's been done by design. | jayrh
16/6/2019 09:18 | So did we achieve the 8.8 million standard cubic feet of gas per day ? Here are the daily rates for 2018 :- Jan 2.6 Feb 2.3 Mar 1.4 Apr 1.4 May 1.2 Jun 1.2 Jly 0.9 Aug 0.8 Sep 0.3 Oct 0.8 Nov 0.5 Dec 0.5 ...and that was the total for BOTH wells ! | chinese investor
16/6/2019 09:06 | 30 January 2017 "The Board of Ascent is delighted to report that the flow test at Pg-10 has been successfully completed and the results have exceeded management's expectations. The maximum stabilised flow rate was 8.8 million standard cubic feet of gas per day ("MMscfd") which is in line with the rates measured when the well was initially tested for a short period in 2011 and is significantly above the minimum commitments required under the gas sales agreement with INA." | chinese investor
16/6/2019 08:57 | Colin was very quiet about the permits to stimulate PG-10 and PG-11A in 2017 (the first time they were mentioned in a RNS was on 3 July 2018). What Colin was talking about in 2017, while Hendersons were converting their loans into shares making huge profits and there were cash raising exercises with Primary Bid, was restricting the gas flow because the potential gas flow could damage the wells ! | chinese investor
15/6/2019 19:06 | I hope that details of our application can be made public. Then we will know how much water and chemicals we will be using (these are the factors that are concerning ARSO). This information can then be released to the media. I believe there will be no impact on the water table so there should be no discussion on this matter. | chinese investor
15/6/2019 18:39 | 9 August 2018 Ascent and its partners have submitted applications to carry out additional stimulation procedures on Pg-10 and Pg-11A, which are expected to significantly increase the flow of gas by accessing additional gas bearing reservoirs. The procedures which the Company intends to carry out are almost identical to those already performed on the wells in 2011. The impact of this activity was analysed in detail by independent parties immediately following the work and no negative consequences were noted. These procedures are, in the opinion of the Company, clearly covered by preliminary screening legislation. The Company and its partners submitted the preliminary screening application in May 2017. In January, May and June 2018, ARSO requested amendments to the application which were all submitted by the partners in due time (the last one on 5 July which was supported by expert opinions from the Geological Survey of Slovenia and the Ljubljana Faculty of Mining). | chinese investor
15/6/2019 17:20 | I think people are getting a bit confused, Slovenia are not bothered how we do it, it is what we are doing, even though what we are doing is within the law of the EU and Slovenia and there own paid for independent experts have told them this is not going to have an adverse effect on the environment, they still refuse to grant the permits- My advice is sit tight as they can not win the argument, stating we are too close to protected water courses is a lie (which can be proven)Stating we are fracturing rocks is a lie which we can also prove,Stating we use dangerous chemicals that will enter the water course is a lie as already proven. What the slovenian Minister needs to answer is:- Why has it taken over 5 years for a proposed 2 month process?. Why was the EIA not requested when the project was started?. Why did ARSO pay for the advice of 6 independent experts if they were going to ignore there EXPERT advice? Why did the previous Minister state he had friends in the environmental department that would drag there feet with EIA so the licence to get the GAS ran out? Why does the department continually divulge price sensitive data to the public before the company requesting? AST are the victim and Slovenian officials have not got a hope in hell of proving what they have done is legal and an acceptable process under EU law. | linesal2
14/6/2019 22:45 | this in a way reminds me of QXL when they had a similar litigation case in poland regards their auction site...they took them to court and won that case but sometimes i wonder if it was all contrived and certain people made an absolute fortune buying in at the bottom...what if jure leben and his mates are now buying AST and then the courts go in favour of AST The dotcom firm that fell to earth and then miraculously rose again ... 14 Feb 2006 - The dramatic recovery of a fallen dotcom superstar QXL Ricardo to share of the ... of irrational exuberance, or a case of history repeating itself as another internet ... The company is trying to win back the business in a bitter legal battle ... They urged shareholders to back court action in Poland rather than sell ... | johncasey
14/6/2019 15:55 | Slovenia are concerned with the amount of water we are using - we need to address their concerns. We could import water from Croatia or Hungary ! | chinese investor
14/6/2019 15:49 | We are not fracturing we are just stimulating. | jayrh
14/6/2019 15:44 | How much water did we use when we previously hydraulically fractured wells PG-10 and PG-11A ? What chemicals did we use ? What did we do with the waste products ? | chinese investor
14/6/2019 12:40 | to understand the grand solar minimum i suggest everyone watch this the most important video you'll probably ever watch | johncasey
14/6/2019 12:36 | by this winter the slovenians will be gagging for more gas as the grand solar minimum intensifies..Nasa have just confirmed GSM is happening, its no longer a theory but a fact we are heading for winters like the ones in the Maunday and Dalton minimums like the 1600,s to 1800s..this will put immense pressure on heating supplies and infrastructure, crop losses will be world wide..without credible forms of heating and power then humanity faces big problems..wind power and solar will not be sufficient in a GSM period | johncasey
14/6/2019 11:44 | Blarney has been much too complacent over these permits and is happy blaming everyone else but himself for not getting the permits through. | dodge_city
14/6/2019 10:10 | I'd like to know how much water and chemicals we will be using to "stimulate" PG-10 and PG-11A ! | chinese investor
14/6/2019 09:55 | Yes, arbitration by a neutral is by far the best way forward and if AST have a credible case it would put pressuure on Slovenia to concede. | dodge_city
14/6/2019 09:41 | ARSO have a chance- That is Arbitration which is what is happening and could avoid damages claim. | linesal2
14/6/2019 09:30 | Dodge- That is just a delay tactic and costly- when we already have 6 expert views it is not needed. AST has jumped through every hoop in order to maintain a good relationship with Slovenia for over 5 years, It is now clear they do not want that relationship and we have invested funds under false pretences. | linesal2
14/6/2019 09:29 | We already know the ministers are a shower in Slovenia and any decent law firm will run rings around them, If they can not abide by their own rules/regulations and time-frames and ignore there own financed independent experts advice x6,then Torts law comes into effect and damages for our losses will be upheld.AIMHO | linesal2
14/6/2019 09:22 | Cleary some people in Slovenia take a different view, AST have not been stopped they have been asked to do an Environmenal Impact Assessment. | dodge_city
14/6/2019 09:21 | Hydraulic Fracturing is not illegal in the EU and our wells are not in a Conservation Region... ...so we should not be stopped ! | chinese investor |
