What peeps don't realise is that the JV is with Ast Slovenia so that's what is up for sale not Ast Plc. As you say JN company goes bust Geonergo but Ast Slovenia for a song then they mothball it until the Russian contract finishes and the plant is built in about 8 years time.

Geonergo must be laughing every day, they currently get 10% of all revenue which will revert back to 25% and Ast pay 100% of everything. Talk about risk! Pmsl

CH knows as he just said on LSE - ' a good project for someone to take forward'.

Keep it in the family. and preserve the Russian energy supply position / controls.
It gets cold in Slovenia in the winter. Energy supply maintains Russian influence.
