I refer readers to my post made a few months ago when the shares were above 300p!

60p target. Revenues just £4.5 million, no profits, and only small amount of cash on the balance sheet. Market cap £166 million. Crazy valuation.

Only a samll price paid but still nearly 500k cash used, if the company as described by the bears was that desperate for cash they would not be using cash reserves to fund or even be looking for these types of deals!!

Re this morning'sannouncement, interesting to see that someone has been prepared to sell their business to ARTA, taking most of the consideration in shares placed at 100p. These vendors must know something about ARTA's prospects and believe they are going to make money on the shares.

dipped my toe in at average just sub 80p,least i know there has to be buyers at some point,and volume today would indicate there hasn't been a dent in the short position.it's probably just the bears trying to bang them.

Was hoping to get a rise to the 180p area for a nice re-entry, sure does not look on now..

PDX looks ripe for sure, watching and waiting for any weakness.
