Arran Residential Mortgages Funding No. 1 PLC incorporated with limited liability in England and Wales (registered number 5809252) with its registered office at c/o Wilmington Trust SP Services London Limited, Fifth Floor, 6 Broad Street Place, London EC2M 7JH (the "Issuer") announces redemption in full of the Notes
Reference is made to the Board Meeting of the Issuer held on 23 February 2011 at which a resolution was passed to approve the optional redemption of the Notes in full on the Interest Payment Date falling on 12(th) day of April 2011 (the "Transaction").
The Noteholders were notified of the Transaction on 24 February 2011 in compliance with Condition 7.3 (Optional Redemption in full) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes. Such notice was provided in accordance with Condition 15 (Notice to Noteholders) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
The Issuer wishes to announce that it will redeem the Notes in full on 12(th) day of April 2011 and will request that the London Stock Exchange removes the Notes detailed above from the Main Market.
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions in respect of the above captioned Notes.
Arran Residential Mortgages Funding No. 1 PLC is a special purpose vehicle established by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc for the purpose of the issuance of the Notes.
