No answer as to why shareprice is so low - hopefully we'll see a more realistic shareprice nearer to results

I suppose it's nothing that we don't already know!

Actually this is what I asked:

"any idea why the shareprice is so volatile and also so low for such a big company?"

Reply was:

"Volatility is a reflection of lack of liquidity. Market cap is around £25m but 'free float' i.e. shares in public hands is tiny because of the dominant shareholder."

They also said:

"Next release of information is likely to be announcement of results for year ended 31/12/04. Audits etc currently in progress."

I look at it as being very encouraging that the price has risen and stabilised

so that's 3.2 million sold at .75p doubt whether there's any more - that's why the price has stabilised

dell - looks like you were right after all - I see that a large sell went through of 2 million at .75p

I doubt it unless there is as you suggested another sell order in but I really doubt it dell because apart from KL I don't think that there are any other large holders?

Look - the price was set to recover again today - where we'll end up I don't know but this baby is so volitile that we'll probably get to 4p by tomorrow!!

Springbok - there has to be a reason why it fell so heavily and why WINS were jumping all over the place to try and pull in buyers. They wouldn't have bothered with all that for a 1mln sell.
There must have been a bigger dump that they're trying to flog at a nice juicy mark-up.

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

Unfortunately I do agree that WIns are playing a stupid game - attracting short term day traders which is what we don't need here!

for once I have to agree with you dell, although this company didn't look like it was going down the tubes

Spring - Whilst the Dynasty may hold c.90%, there are also several holders with holdings in the tens of millions that could cause an share price crash by dumping into the market..

Studying the selling stats on Friday carefully I think that they kept the bid low to stop panic selling following the big million share sell at .75p
springbok

LOL!

The fact that WINS could reverse just as quickly as they went up, must surely make buyers nervous after watching WINS in action on Friday...

Hopefully many of the people who have bought in now will hold off their sell buttons realising that this baby can go 4p+ on enough buying interest!

dell I think it going up because buyers are climbing in while the price is at this ridiculously low level

Springbok - It certainly looks like WINS are playing around again.
If they can't pull in buyers by driving it up, I guess they'll have to revert to marking it down again...
All good fun, eh!

P.S. AKO accounts are in $ (not £)
