29/7/2020 15:05 | Ariana Resources - Full Year Results Wed, 29 Jul 2020, 01:00pm BST Kerim Sener, Managing Director reflects on the year and discusses the highlights of Ariana's final audited results for the year ended 31 December 2019. | ![]() risa5
29/7/2020 14:59 | so, i was wondering how to play the gold vs. silver game (because at some point there will be a slingshot effect on silver pricing)...turns out i needn't bother because aau produce 10 times more silver than gold at kiziltepe! looking better and better all the while. (decided against pur for now, may take a punt further down the road, put it in here instead. almost all buys showing as sells today.) | ![]() konil
29/7/2020 14:51 | Kerim has also done an Interview on BRR Media commenting on the results with Rosy. | ![]() plasybryn
29/7/2020 14:03 | Sounds good, Salinbas resource update and Kiziltepe drill results to look forward to in the near future. He sounds very confident Referring to Cyprus 'the contained gold in some of these systems is really substantial'. Good times ahead. | ![]() lottsgold

29/7/2020 13:32 | Ariana Resources PLC's Kerim Sener says the growth story is about consistent delivery Ariana Resources PLC's (LON:AAU) Kerim Sener caught up with Proactive London's Andrew Scott on the back of the miner's 2019 results. Ariana returned a profit before tax of just under £7mln for the year to December 31, 2019. The profit came as the company continued to enjoy revenues from its Kiziltepe gold mine in Turkey, where operations are now well established. | ![]() risa5

29/7/2020 10:48 | Crossfire you say "while currencies around the globe collapse and an entirely new monetary system has to be created," The point being that if/when they collapse they will "all" collapse - probably together, so Joe public sees no collapse/change. The main effect will be in the price of raw materials, and as labour constitutes the larger part of prices, inflation will be visible but not excessive. My point above is intended as a discussion statement not a prediction( I am not too good on predictions), the facts are that in all probability none of us knows where this is leading to. | ![]() thanksamillion
29/7/2020 10:31 | Very necessary, for the MMs to keep investors in the dark!! | ![]() cyberbub
29/7/2020 10:26 | It's always been a mystery why each trade report does not actually say if it's a buy or sell. Instead every computer application receiving the raw data has to build its own coding logic based on the data it has at the time. So different systems can theoretically see a single trade either a buy or sell. Especially true when you get a delayed trade report due to sizeNot to mention the lack of transparency this leads tooSuch an unnecessary problem to have | ![]() gary hindsight
29/7/2020 10:21 | D1g3y - for silver plays, cureently in Hochschild, Fresnillo and McEwen mining. None exactly small but worth a look. | rumpus1
29/7/2020 10:16 | In the same way that those who are struggling financially stock up on lottery tickets,... as this bull continues, and adverts begin to pop up on the TV and online (already here in the uk..."Sell us your gold and we'll give you 'real' pieces of paper and tin coins!!), those same poor souls are going to be sucked into this coming pandemic of a different kind, and as long as we're accumulating whilst that dynamic builds, we'll be well placed to begin selling, when everyone is clamouring to buy. There are those who believe however, and I'm fully open to the possibility, that the PMs won't simply go into a bog standard mania and then crash. It's entirely possible, that they'll trace the mania trajectory, and then simply stay there - elevated, while currencies around the globe collapse and an entirely new monetary system has to be created, backed by Gold - silver - bitcoin (99% unlikely). The hard fact is that the US de-coupling from gold in 1970 and giving free reign to governments to expand the paper money supply at will, with there asinine 'demand-led economy' 'create a wealth-effect' economic models... ('create a wealth effect' almost makes me laugh out loud)...has failed on a scale that is unprecedented. My next move must be to begin accumulating 50:50 physical gold and silver stored in an independent vault somewhere in Switzerland or the like (even on my premises). Whilst this gold bull will utterly dwarf the dot com bubble,... by the same token this next financial crash will make 2008 look like a palette cleanser taken immediately prior to an absolutely epic main course. It's tie to be taking stock whilst at the same time making moves. GLTA | ![]() crossfirecssf
29/7/2020 10:03 | They've reported like this for years. The way it works is the buy price reported is the most expensive of all markets makers and the buy is the lowest sell price. But you can get a better sell and buy price so actual bid offer may be 4.9 to 5 even though it's reported at 4.8-5.2. Point is it's always been this way so you may argue the mid price should be 4.95 not 5.05 but this is an improvement on yesterday when the actual mid price was 4.8 and not the 4.9 . Hope that makes sense. | ![]() bigglesbingham
29/7/2020 09:52 | The ask of 5.2 is fiction you can buy below 5 so many of those reported sells are buys and hence the bid rising from 4.8 to 4.9 | ![]() gary hindsight
29/7/2020 09:14 | Excellon Resources on the TSX look ripe for a break-out of the downtrend, but they're already £164m market cap, and they are into gold as well, but predominantly silver. Sprott bought 20%, and as a billionaire, he's not best best known for being stupid. Super ambitious management and good looking projects. That's all I've really had time to come up with whilst trying to park some more funds into gold plays and hold down a full time job, so forgive the single result. In terms of the chart I've recently seen the same pattern break out with Auryn Resources (AUG), large spike, lower spike, continues down, and then one medium sized 'hump' followed by a smaller hump, then sudden breakout which in AUG's case represented 200% since mid march. It's yet another tempter. EXN.TO appear to be just beginning to break out of the small 'hump' and I'd settle for 200% over the next few months, particularly with the silver gold ratio closing significantly. Good luck and DYOR. All my opinions, gut feelings, etc. | ![]() crossfirecssf

28/7/2020 23:39 | gary, thanks. those factors certainly are worth something, though i still can't see it being x8. its probably my misunderstanding of pricing in the pm space. the proof one way or the other will probably come about 18 months out, when we see what the comparative values are then. meantime i'll take another look at the points you mention. thanks again. | ![]() konil
