Can't help feeling that a trading update covering all mines and giving target production figures for FY would be helpful. It may have been previously given but it always feels there is less visibility on whole picture with AAU than with some comparitors and that's compounded by delay in results Would be fascinating to know whether they have sold silver yet too!

The continuing big story is the surge in Gold and Silver prices, just extrapolate those increases to the bottom line profitabiliy of AAU, it is making a really big difference to the valuation dynamics here

Political risk has been historic between those nations, Turkey using Cyprus to get Greece etc. However the situation is not as volatile as it once was and now with the after effects of covid 19 Turkey needs as much help as possible from the European nations and sanctions which are a powerful tool is something Turkey couldn't afford for the foreseeable . Sener has been quizzed on this baby times but now political situation is significantly less than 2016 and likely to remain so for foreseeable future in these difficult times.

Cannot seriously believe that we are worth less than £100m here.

- Great assets
- incoming cash injection
- substantial cash generation going forward
- strong management team with a track record of adding to the resource
- silver stockpile which will now be sold at these prices
- incoming special dividend
- exploration upside

There are so many reasons to be bullish about AAU, but yet the market hasn't yet picked up that this is hugely undervalued. Some gold miners have increased over 10 fold and their story isnt half of what it is here.

Worth a look at als very interesting project generator, the founder went to mine school with Kerim and was one of the original founders of aau, good news out today and the company has zero followers

Been looking at this after a tip, I did own some briefly a few years ago I think.Are people aware that there is a possible military conflict with Greece about to happen, provoked by the confrontational nationalist govt in Turkey? If so AAU's western operations might be in the firing line...

Kerim is not one to take unnecessary risk. He has the future mapped out for AAU and the jv will be a key part of that. The company is already chucking off cash and this will be evidenced by the soon to be released financials. Imagine how much attention this will get with precious metals booming, the jv and new mines being fasttracked all at the same time. Nigel Somerville can see it. Prepare for the hordes folks, they are coming!

Yes looking very strong today, possibly due to EU and Fed funding packages and Trumps comments re Coronavirus in US. I see gold going to $2000 shortly. Previous final results was based on a hold price of $1300-$1400 and the company were very profitable (and managed to pay nearly 70% of the JV loan). That JV loan is gone and gold price is hugely higher so cash generation will be substantially greater both for the full year results and beyond. Exciting times

Just idly thinking to myself - Ozaltin Holding A.S. is one of the biggest companies in Turkey and about to 'buy into' Ariana and Proccea. They will hand over the cash, fasttrack exploration and production in a number of areas of the business and consequently own over 50% of the company. My question to myself is this: would a company of their size be comfortable remaining under the AIM umbrella or would they prefer the joint venture to be a main listed company?
