yes - it could be at a special regime and that few % coming out of it per year more or less in difference to the POG could be important for my return and profit calcs in the long term.

I would like to read on it but cant find anything relevant

My recollection is that it is compulsory to sell it to the Turkish Government.

to change the discussion lol

can some one explain please how do they sell their "product". in which form (concentrate???, what purity ...) and to whom and under what regime? as far I remember - they sell it all in Turkey.

found this very useful info at SLP to better understand what and how it is going on.

TIA

Hmmm, if my maths are right $20m less processing costs.

130,000x2.5/30x1800=rounded up $20m

Edit above corrected per Tems prompt.

Chill everyone Tem is entitled to his opinion as are we all
He is not the only one to wonder if this is the best way to go
let him have his say.I tend to think the deal is the best way to go
But i like to hear the other side of the argument and we need to see the final deal
before we can decide,
What about doing some more exploration and then selling Salinbas?

Morning all, I'm a very long term (ancient)lurker, thanks for all contributions over the years.

Anyone any idea on how much cash might be sitting in the JV co? I'm assuming that this will be doled out to parent co's before the transaction completes. On the flip side the working capital loan / tax etc will need to settled as part of that balancing but I was thinking there might be a significant surplus coming Ariana's way?

On the same note what about the 130,000 tonne stockpile at 2.5g/t. and / or any existing gold/silver 'in the system'. Anyone have prior experience of a similar transaction and seen existing gold / ore handled in a particular way as part of a deal? It could be a significant component.

I hope you're right mad foetus but we have had so many assaults on 4p that I am not holding my breath!

Getting some buys now. It's been a thorough retest of the 4p zone so could and should go well from here

Stop the bickering. The company mines gold and silver. The shares are cheap. Buy or don't buy but enough Groundhog Day. Let's wait until deal is done and next stage of plan is set our

Soul - I do not expect him to say something specific - as I am no future teller

It is just a proffesional corporate governance imho.

PS I am restricting myself to cast many more "doubts, opinions etc" like the "WTF is K doing in Australia ... " which I find quite relevant

as they would not be wellcomed on here. AAU is still a good investment I keep saying.
And that is all that matters to all.

kaos there may be many reasons for Kerim staying in Oz with his family, one of those may be if he was allowed to leave the country with the pandemic as it is he may not get back?

Shortarm, re post 23308. I'm at work and on the phone so can you shed more light. I've pencilled in AISC of 650, POG at 1750 and a 20mill mine build. Any idea what the difference would be to those figures for Tasvan?

kaos you mean say something different to what Kerim said, or what was said in the RNS's. I don't understand what you think MdV could say?

after the deal

and if there is a huge delay - I expect the ultimate boss to speak up - as it is important for the Cos sake.

Charles, its a forum, I think the company is worth MORE than the deal negotiated so not trying to put off new investors.

Either way it goes, I shall "righteously" point out deal or no deal, that AAU are an excellent buy at 4p and to repeat myself, way under valued.

kaos3 - do you seriously suggest that? Do you think he's actually interested in a petty squabble on a BB formented by a poster whose motivations for his crusade are less than clear?

What Soul means re Tavshan is that it's no longer leach and truck... I.E. cheap. It's going to have to have a whole processing plant built too...You knew that though - right?

Agreed, because all he is doing is to cast doubt in the minds of potential new investors. Could be one reason the share price is so reluctant to move past 4p
