78steve,

Are you mixing 'k's and 'm's?

I think that it is more complex than that, especially as this is a JV.

There is certainly that potential which is why I believe that a Hot Maden type intercept will be pounced upon by the market. After all, it would not take much imagination to envisage a similar NPV on the back of it. Take into account the fact that there is 100% ownership here and you would be looking at a takeout value considerably higher than the current market capitalisation.

This seems about right valuation at 27k ounces. SRB target 40k ounces market cap around £40m so £1m valuation per £1k ounce.

Concur entirely JC; Zak also mentioned that they are just "scratching the surface" with KS (I think) suggesting that it might be up to 10yrs before this is all proven up / operational. I just think they are sat on something massive considering the info known and the other prospects up there.

mcmather,

I know when MARL sold Hot Maden people think that they sold out cheap. I disagree. I actually think that they sold out for full value given the stage it was at and the fact that they owned a minority stake (which tends to attract a discount for obvious reasons). An NPV is indicative and only likely to be achieved once the asset is in production (if then if the sector is not in vogue). At PFS stage I would not attribute more than 30% of an NPV.

WARNING:

Counselling services may be required for those that are selling/have sold or did not buy in!

If SALINBAS is what I feel it could be, in the future we may see daily gains of:

2.5p

:-))))

NB. Similar thing happened with MARL and it was one of the best feelings an investor could have.

CrossfireCSSF,

I agree about the taxi drivers. But there are other warning signals in individual shares, the most obvious being discussions about which Ferrari they are going to buy. The number of times I have seen that discussion crop up just before a top!

I get you JC. We're on the same page. I'm just trying to convince you that the lights are green for go. I've lost out big in the past however, with a high risk tolerance, so I don't blame you for being cautious. Good luck and enjoy the ride.

As you are maybe aware, I am not prone the overexcitement that some posters here exhibit. However if there is any purchase at 2.5p today I will have an immediate large G&T and a packet of crisps. Probably salt and vinegar.
