In my post 17286 I alluded to the fact the Chinese are hoarding gold at a vast rate to eventually back the yuan with it, and achieve world financial dominance.

Of course, some of the know-alls (know-nothings) pooh-poohed it.

Here is the proof from an interesting article published last year. Since then China have added another 300 tonnes to their stockpile along with big central bank buying.

We're at the beginning of a huge bull market in gold/silver, and AAU are probably one of the most undervalued gold juniors on the market at the current time. Just the expected news of Tavsan development re-starting in a few months time will add 1 or 2p to the price immediately. Our gearing is kicking in big-time, with over $1250 average profit per ounce from extraction costs that are amongst the lowest in the industry.

An excellent and very informative, but long, article given in-detail forecasts for gold up to 2026 and beyond.

The next year to 18 months looks particularly favourable percentage wise.

Keep on hoarding gold and AAU.
