wow - bb - you surprise me ...

I never ever expected and asked for confidential legal papers to be shown....

of course not.

lots of companies publish their operating guidelines that are guiding them and are then inserted with lots of detail in confidential contracts. like billing models f.e. etc

I just want a general statement regarding the issues that I listed - that they were taken care of ... in a JV papers. and broadly non specific mechanisms governing the issues... I even asked several of them in imc .

that much potential investors and owners do need and deserve imho

otherwise we get minority law protection /the only info that I got so far/ and viel glueck with that

I can not afford not to KNOW that my fears/doubts are obsolete. basically no one knows ... deducting by the BB. now i know that i must be a f... to ask such a simple Q which is of the most importance to my self and to no one else ... I am alone in it so time to f ... off more or less for some time ...

So you want all the companies legal documents appertaining to minority protections on which that they have spent tens of thousands of pounds on?? You think any company would do that?? You keep saying your simple Kaos but you ain't thick , far from it! Surely you understand why a company would put proprietary documentation in the public domain.

will stop selling - i promise ....

ps - the old line - we can not talk about it - could have been more revealing in general terms

- we assured veto powers
- we assured divi payments after certain milestones
-etc...

cant say
wont say
does not exist

why not tell if asked - in general terms is beyond my simple mind
but - i got an answer - we are protected by law protecting minority shareholders

ok i trust them blindly

AAU falls on threat of Kaos3's sales.

Well they kizeltepe JV worked like a dream. Proccea actually helped AAU out when there were delays, they funded us until we raised on the market. They could have let us go bust !!!!!

Because there is a very large legal document protecting them. They have told us they are protected you either take their word or you don't. No company divulges complicated legals documents relating to specific contracts on request of minority shareholders. I don't know really what else they can do apart from reiterate that they are legally protected.

AAU / Zenit do hold one top card, they know how to find and extract gold very cheaply, it would be seriously risky for the majority holder to upset the apple cart and pretend it could do the same and I think they understand that. So I believe the status quo will hold.

and we were told how - by the law .... nothing else - despite my explicit questions over time

why they do not tell us - if there is more

"THEY GAVE AWAY CONTROL OVER MINING OPERATING CASH FLOWS"

Kaos, where do you get this from? We have not been told the detail of the jv contract - only assured that minority interests were protected. As I remember it.

i do not know any other mining Co with a great explo team doing it in the same way.

the crux of the problem with this model to me is - that we will not know if it really works - not until kitz, tavsan and salinbas are fully operational - funded with internal cash flows ... if the majority owner will be fair to us - or the controlling owner uses his legal rights and legally never pays out one lira because all the cash will be legally streamed elsewhere

THEY GAVE AWAY CONTROL OVER MINING OPERATING CASH FLOWS

and will keep doing it based on this unique model. it really is unique

You think this model is unique? I think it's adapting the royalties model but as I've said on many occasions royalties on steroids. The problem to many with this model is the time it takes to develop the JVs but imho it's better than the all eggs in one basket model. Sandstorm went from their royalties model to JV producer model with hot madan but their shareholders were entrenched in the royalties model which is why they were investors hence sandstorm got out of JV due to pressure from shareholders. I like the Ariana model because little chance of dilutive capital rise, diversity, if they hit big on exploration which is their real forte then they have enough skin in the projects game to get a real return which makes a difference. Negatives are the model is hard to market and company buy out becomes little more difficult but that's a plus at these prices.

what i am saying ... bod started to do its job much better on many fronts. huge value. good basic operations, excellent team ... i like it all. they are even responsive. my hat off.

only - core strategy needs adjustment ...imho

and that is like changing religion .... as biggest shareholders and bod like it as it is. a unique model.

and i say there must be a reason it is unique. as if no one thought of it before and tried it before. proof of life why it is unique is here.

ps - i am usually wrong anyway and will be buying back later on
