27/10/2020 10:39 | Pretty sure that said buyer will quietly absorb any sells | ![]() shortarm
27/10/2020 10:33 | Agreed, there can be little doubt that the shares must've had a new home. Volume like that would surely have been impossible to shift otherwise. As some may vote with their feet this may drift on selling to prove that point. | ![]() dixi
27/10/2020 10:27 | The MM's must have been privy to the incoming sells all on the same session so methinks there must have been a new home for those shares ready and waiting and in view of the size and timing that they have likely been hoovered up by an institution. | 1candc
27/10/2020 10:25 | It's AIM though isn't it, not the most confidence inspiring exchange as everyone knows, we've all been there, done that and in this case got the t-shirt. C'mon Kerim, I'm getting old :-) | ![]() dixi
27/10/2020 10:21 | Then those investors have a choice if it concerns them greatly, KS is still holding millions of shares as is the Chairman. It does raise questions but we do not know the underlying reason and investors can attach whatever conclusions they want to the sell and act accordingly. | 1candc
27/10/2020 10:21 | I must admit it would be very interesting to know where the shares went. | ![]() dixi
27/10/2020 10:19 | Kerim did in fact increase his shareholding and it would seem that a 'third party' was ready and waiting to snap them up!!!Institutional entry? | ![]() shortarm
27/10/2020 10:19 | Kerim has actually increased his holding overall. He has exercised warrants at 1.55p, great work if you can get it, but that is what they are there for. What I would say though is Kerim needs to deliver that JV more than ever and reward long termers. | ![]() soulsauce
27/10/2020 10:17 | Technically he has increased his shareholding whilst realising cash, but the timing of this is never going to sit well with investors. | ![]() dixi
27/10/2020 10:14 | And yet the Chairman added, so what does that indicate? There may well be an underlying issue for KS to sell, could be anything, he could be buying a new house for all we know and has to complete the contract within a different time frame to that of the JV announcement. Whatever his reason he is alone in selling, it would be a different story if others on the board had sold. | 1candc
27/10/2020 10:13 | Kirbs4, my only sense of reassurance is that director dealings when party to unpublished but material news is off-limits. But this really is bothering me now. | ![]() dixi
27/10/2020 10:09 | Presumably not expecting a substantial share price rise in the near-term then. | ![]() dixi
27/10/2020 10:09 | KS selling a huge chunk days before expected circular on the deal?? For anyone new or looking into this for the first time those AIM alarm bells must be clanging like there is no tomorrow!! | kirbs4
27/10/2020 10:09 | there we were suggesting it was jaded, impatient lt-holders and all the time it was the butler that did it | ![]() actonovator
27/10/2020 10:02 | Net result of KS rns is that he and mrs have raised themselves some cash rather than buy more shares than he did, £3-400k by my reconning. Dont knock him for selling a chunk but why now? Only reasons I can come up with is that selling now rather than say January avoids upsetting any upcoming rise on news. Alternatively he may have found another good target and wants to invest early. Time will tell, but the Chairmans trades indicate all on track. | ![]() thanksamillion
27/10/2020 09:57 | looks like a total of 8817165 shares were sold? would explain the selling weighing on the share price | ![]() konil
27/10/2020 09:51 | Yup as I said, the 5m shares was a sell. | ![]() ekuuleus
27/10/2020 09:44 | further RNS | 1candc
27/10/2020 08:14 | Yes, I took the kids to a small lake and could barely get on. I've found likewise with golf lots of new golfers filling the courses. We need hobbies to keep our minds busy with all that's not going on here! | ![]() lottsgold
27/10/2020 07:38 | Many fisheries have been absolutely booming during the pandemic, some businesses are certainly making hay! Maybe there'll be a stack coming to AIM soon lol ;-) | ![]() dixi
27/10/2020 07:21 | Starting to remind me of fishing, 5 days by a lake without a nibble and just when you're thinking of packing up you catch the big one....trying to pull in my fishing days to keep calm! | ![]() lottsgold
27/10/2020 07:15 | What that rms says is that the chairman is moving his shares such that the significant dividend will be received in the most tax efficient manor. In other words everything ha still on track!! | ![]() bigglesbingham
27/10/2020 07:14 | Moving his shares to his SIPP ready for that FAT dividend and then all the future ones :-)Patience is a virtue ladies and gents.... | ![]() shortarm
27/10/2020 07:05 | Does feel like they are taking the micky a bit, crucial time in the journey, everyone waiting for the 9 months overdue rns, and we get one about t shirts and one about a director moving some shares about. | kirbs4
27/10/2020 07:04 | Indeed, where's the 'news'. | ![]() dixi |
