The circular comes out and they expect deal to be signed as soon as shareholders ratify it. So probably within a week of ratification and I'd assume ratification two weeks after circular. So if circular out next week then third week November deal done. They have to give shareholders time to absorb info.

Surely they can’t confirm the JV for the third time without the deal being approved by shareholders. Am I wrong in saying that they only said they would announce the Distribution of a circular for shareholder approval in October.

If that’s the case I can’t see it being wrapped up this month. Or has that vote already taken place and I missed the memo?

I expect there to be ‘no change’ to the share price by end of the day. The long awaited JV news must be on its way next week and if that does not put a rocket under this share price then I will seriously have to wonder whether anything will. As it is, I am questioning my own sanity, since I can only see positive news emanating from Ariana between now and end of year and just cannot understand why there is not more action on this great little company. Ah well, at least the padded cell is comfortable.

due to the world geopolitics I do not expect anything will happen for two weeks. so I am selling just a few % of my portfolio (not AAU) for a fast trade

and there are no takers btw, spread increased, MM are reaping me off - strange trading to the down overall

Preliminary Production results Q3 was 21/10 last year, presumably short delay this year due to virus as per other recent news. Suspect next week could be busy/noisey.

I don't expect the JV to state a plan on each section in detail, eg Kiziltepe increase, salinbas plan.... would be nice to get all that tied in at the same time so investors see the cash, the divi and a roadmap to huge upside Ozaltin are bringing. Or are we expecting this in the circular?

That's my view. I also don't believe the cash from JV built into today's share price so I'm hoping not too long after HV signed the value will rise by 2.7p!!!

Well that's the point of the JV . Looks like end Oct for circular and week three November for signing is my guess. Was hoping circular prior to this weekend

Next week it is then! I hope with all this time waiting I hope the company can publish a comprehensive plan to move things forward on all fronts to help get investors riled up. If they really can bring forward Salinbas, Increase capacity at Kiziltepe and get Tavsan built in quick time with the backing of Ozaltin a clear plan would put fire under the share price surely?

Hope so Cyberbub, many will have to top slice at some point so hopefully we can bring in some new blood, shame there's no chance of institutional investors coming in to help us LTH's act as a stable footing for the share price...I will be re investing mine if the price isn't too high by then!

Looking forward to the drilling on the Greenfield's sites in Cyprus. They have been doing due diligence for 2 years, I have no doubt they will have some sweet spots lined up.
