12/10/2020 09:46 | Totally agree Soul, when you look at other miners on AIM that have stupidly high valuations seemingly for dust in the ground while we have a hugely profitable working mine that is due to be expanded plus a cash deposit of $35m coming our way which will provide a dividend payment of up to 15% where's the fanfare? The silence is almost deafening, yes Kerim will do an interview but what else is programmed to sell the story? Answers on a postcard please | ![]() 1candc
12/10/2020 09:42 | Formal Sales Process. | ![]() uknighted
12/10/2020 09:40 | 1C - not in EUA - sold at 3.7 at 100% profit :( FSP and speculation. They have a good business and this is underpinned also by the palladium price, which increased by $250 and falls straight to their bottom line. Gutted I sold out as I would be sitting on around £120k now. Edit - FSP = Formal Sales Process | ![]() pauliewonder
12/10/2020 09:40 | Sorry but what is a FSP? | ![]() 1candc
12/10/2020 09:39 | Unfortunately promotion has always been poor here and I think it has sold us short on one or two raisings in the past. What happened to Yellow Jersey? Like most on here I do not understand why continued great news is not getting bought in to especially when we have the JV weeks away that could give investors a dividend worth 15%. | ![]() soulsauce
12/10/2020 09:34 | 1candc EUA have announced a FSP. | ![]() uknighted
12/10/2020 09:34 | Agree biggles PG is completely ineffectual at promoting the company. Any other miner would have doubled on the news this has had lately. | ![]() charles clore
12/10/2020 09:32 | 1candc I think CC is in EUA and I think it has to do with the amount of resource they are sat on. For the very same reason I have taken a stake in KAV which is currently 5m mkt cap but has the same potential. | ![]() soulsauce
12/10/2020 09:29 | Hopefully press coverage and interviews will spark interest. Not holding my breath regarding Panmure gordon, Kerim May like the analyst but the sales people have to sell it and they obviously aren't up to the job. | ![]() bigglesbingham
12/10/2020 09:29 | Anyone here in EUA? I'm not but am curious as to why it has a market cap of £1 Billion when I cannot determine it's operating profits. Enlightenment would be welcomed | ![]() 1candc
12/10/2020 09:19 | The Red Rabbit Project is comprised of the Company's flagship assets, the Kiziltepe and Tavsan gold projects, and is part of a 50:50 Joint Venture with Proccea Construction Co. Both assets are located in western Turkey, which hosts some of the largest operating gold mines in the country and remains highly prospective for new porphyry and epithermal deposits. The Kiziltepe Sector of the Red Rabbit Project is fully permitted and is currently in production. The total depleted resource inventory at the Project and its wider area is c. 500,000 ounces of gold equivalent (as at April 2020). At Kiziltepe a Net Smelter Return ("NSR") royalty of up to 2.5% on production is payable to Franco-Nevada Corporation. At Tavsan an NSR royalty of up to 2% on future production is payable to Sandstorm Gold. The 100% owned Salinbas Gold Project is located in north-eastern Turkey and has a total resource inventory of c. 1.5 million ounces of gold. The project comprises three notable licence areas: Salinbas, Ardala and Hizarliyayla, all of which are located within a multi-million ounce Artvin Goldfield. The "Hot Gold Corridor" contains several significant gold-copper projects including the 4 million ounce Hot Maden project, which lies 16km to the south of Salinbas and 7km south of Hizarliyayla. A NSR royalty of up to 2% on future production is payable to Eldorado Gold Corporation on the Salinbas Gold Project. Ariana is also earning-in to 50% of UK-registered Venus Minerals Ltd ("Venus") and has to date earned into an entitlement to 12%. Venus is focused on the exploration and development of copper-gold assets in Cyprus. | ![]() novicetrade68
12/10/2020 09:08 | Given the production for the first 3 qtrs it means we only have to produce 3067oz this last qtr to meet guidance. Another 5000+oz and we will have overshot by nearly 2000oz or extra $2.4m+ in profits. | ![]() soulsauce
12/10/2020 08:54 | The stockpile is still to be processed and is there to help if you have a really bad winter. I'd assume it's within the deal to derisk the operation and ozaltin are buying in to the operation as is. If it wasn't built in then then it would be a much more risky proposition for ozaltin. Putting it another way AAU made provision for the mine to run in extreme weather buy creating a stockpile. To ask ozaltin to buy in without stockpile or pay of stockpile I'd be surprised. My guess would be stockpile is a part of the operation and as such no extra money for this. Do take your point though. | ![]() bigglesbingham
12/10/2020 08:45 | Is todays news proof of our new post deal expansionist company...certainly hope so. However, the fact that there is 10 months unprocessed ore on site means that Ozaltin are inheriting 53% of a helluva pile of money which does seem incredible generous of us...or has some other arrangement been put in place? | ![]() 8rad
12/10/2020 08:23 | Excellent news, but Ariana needs to do more to promote themselves as this news alone is worth far more than the dribble of buyers we are seeing. The LTH's have hefty holdings here already, we need a wider investor base and it always seems there just isn't the apparatus in place to reach that wider public. I know some are happy with a steady as she goes style but with the current lamentably low share price that approach is achieving very little. | ![]() 1candc
12/10/2020 08:21 | Sorry to hear that. I just think it gives confidence to production being substantially higher in the short to medium term, a likely development of the expanded JV as indicated by KS in a recent interview where he talked about bringing forward future cash flows and strongly increasing capacity (can't remember any numbers having been mentioned though). This is a key strategic change, particularly in the short term where it's just Kiziltepe (until Tavsan comes online) | ![]() pauliewonder
12/10/2020 08:17 | That would be a great development! Hard to keep track of all the potential. I hope you're right on a busy news week. The company seem to have learnt how to pummel the share price into submission with multiple RNS in quick order:) | ![]() lottsgold
12/10/2020 08:14 | Great update! New ball mill in my eyes means underground mining which means execellent drilling results. Hopefully this will be one of several rnss in short space of time to give shareprice an increased base before the deal is signed. Happy days | ![]() bigglesbingham

12/10/2020 07:59 | Pauline, please can you explain what you mean by”also gives a Greenberg’s light to deal going ahead”. Thanks | ![]() 2vdm
12/10/2020 07:50 | The proposed increases in production is an extremely optimistic development. One of my few issues with AAU is that they have been limited by the current setup and whilst throughput has always been at very high capacity (as demonstrated again today) this development will mean they can dramatically change this. Imagine the gold produced when we go back to Arsu South with those higher grades and higher throughout. Very cash generative. Also gives a green light to the deal going ahead. Extremely exiting opportunity and good times to be an investor. | ![]() pauliewonder |
