Glorious weather in Turkey now and Feb, sub zero at night but mild and sunny days at Salinbas |
Happy that you are amused, PM me if you like rather than on here. I am off for a lie down :-P |
No it was a couple of things. 1) I believed what you said (you gain no profit from making up trades) it was just that if you’ve not been buying since why should other people be? I see there’s a subsequent comment outlining your other buys since. All fair enough. And hey we all buy (and indeed make profit from dog rough shares occasionally - I too held HUM briefly and indeed held Harry Adams previous attempt at mining, EMED, a long time ago too) 2) I was amused by your switch away from trying to correct the company on their figures of costs, or more precisely people rude enough to listen and quote the company if it didn’t match your older figures, to your trades and a sort of “it doesn’t matter as I made money anyway” kind of response. |
3.5m trades today....all buys me thinks. |
Just lately?? 😉 |
Love 'em:-D.Disappointing lately though! |
Shortarm, presumably if you've bought a loaf more you must think they're the finest thing since sliced bread... Sorry couldn't resist an attempt at humour. Gla. |
If the smiley face is a sign of disbelief I emailed Biggles, Plasbryn etc at the time. They were surprised the volume did not affect the shareprice!Obviously I have since bought them all back ! And a loaf more :-D |
1.725 .... Nice..
2.3m traded today...all buys I believe |
Initial 10 million bought below a penny, you know this I presume?Didn't see you here at 6.8p? I sold some high fives and middles fives and obviously had a nice dividend.Anyway, thanks for your super knowledge and have a nice day. |
You can’t assign costs of building a new mine against your cash costs for the existing mine. Your level of comprehension of the basics of mining is either woeful or of course deliberately misleading in attempt to encourage others into your investment.
If it is the former it may explain your investment decisions in HUM, KEFI and unfortunately now, AAU, after two terrible deals by management. |
@shortarm Is that anymore ridiculous than posting wildly inaccurate information on costs in a desperate hope to get other people to join you in your investment? |
if a "cheap" leading world miner used to discounts and offers buys in at 2,3p - i am ok with adding some for a quick buck
but most disagree due to the management history i assume. even above fact is not enough. like pope sealing it - is not enough in aau case
and newmont is after aau - they did not buy into kosovo. small but important detail ... (like telling the most beautiful young lady how much i like her umbrella and how interested i am in the field of umbrellas) telling us what could come as the end game soon. they did push asx listing away when they need lots of cash. share price dropped etc ... theories are my hobby |
I wouldn't unless you really want a few hundred stocks in your portfolio, then they might make the threshold. |
It might almost be time for me to get back into AAU, but they are so unexciting! |
Why $871k? It seems an odd number. |
Doubt he is even interested. |
The uncertainties may be off-putting, but I continue to rate the shares a very strong buy. NS |
Well time will tell. |
Headline a little disingenious, the price was contractual "the price they paid was based on the 30-day volume-weighted average price ("VWAP") calculated to the 18 December 2024".
More concerning is the fact the share price has dropped by a "large" amount since then.
