06/8/2020 07:03 | Managing Director purchase, generally a good sign (Edit cOlin1 pointed out below it was a share swap) - on 5 August 2020, Dr. Kerim Sener, Managing Director, purchased a total of 238,439 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.50p per share into his SIPP; and - also on 5 August 2020, Mrs Sener, wife of Dr Sener, disposed of 250,000 Ordinary Shares held through her company Aslan Capital Limited at 5.43p per share, and subsequently purchased 11,561 Ordinary Shares, again at 5.43p per share. 05/8/2020 19:58 | PUR seems like it can double by year end to me, i was in from 70-130 managed to sell the top at once but will kidnap back in there soon. Very quiet board but won't be once the rise before production starts they are sitting on super high grade deposits i think. Too many places to look...i'm so overweight here it's ridiculous but I feel safe with the direction and news flow coming. | ![]() lottsgold
05/8/2020 19:49 | Yes managed to break even at least. I already had holding for a while at a lower price. Always read this good board but never posted. Spread my hgm proceeds over aau, cey and pur to get same gold weighting in my portfolio. | ![]() gary hindsight
05/8/2020 19:38 | "This time too there is something of a game-changer evident in that the biggest silver short of all, JP Morgan, has according to long term silver analyst, Ted Butler, who knows a thing or two about silver and its markets, reduced its short position to at, or near, zero. JP Morgan also has, again according to Butler, amassed an enormous silver bullion hoard in the meantime and is thus poised to benefit hugely from any runup in the silver price. The megabank has also, Butler reports, reduced its gold shorts to near zero too. The moral - don’t try and bet against the world’s biggest, and most successful banker!" | ![]() mattjos

05/8/2020 15:54 | Agree. Exciting times. Shame the share price is still as low as it is because I would rather the good rides happen from a higher base. For a hugely cash generative production company, with great assets and potential, this should be closer to 20p than 10p. But 10p will be a start | ![]() pauliewonder
05/8/2020 15:53 | Thanks. Yes, I think I need to stop looking at the shareprice! | snotra
05/8/2020 15:47 | Hi and well done. If you think it's exciting now i think the ride is going to get truly exhilarating from this month onward. | ![]() charles clore

05/8/2020 15:38 | Hi all, just thought I'd say hello. I've held 1.2m shares in AAU since 2014 which I bought on the back of an investor presentation. I went for another share but AAU were there and I was impressed with the story. I haven't paid a lot of attention since then and now wish I'd picked up some more... I came in to some money recently and bought another 1.1m a couple of weeks ago at ~4.5p. The majority are in a SIPP so looking long term. Getting excited now! | snotra

05/8/2020 14:43 | A rough share price comparison AAU Vs CEY we produce 20k oz PA 50% ours, they produce 256k oz PA 25.6 x more than us, CEY MC 2,654,070 AAU MC 60,930,00 some 43.5 x ours, so we our discounted for what? To me that sounds like a hell of a lot of headroom to make up! wrong or right? | ![]() renniks2016 |
