27/12/2019 12:29 | Or nothing if taking their 25% tax free at draw down. | plasybryn
27/12/2019 12:20 | Drawing from sipp would incur tax on 75% of the money drawdown or 100% if they've already taken tax free cash. | bigglesbingham
27/12/2019 12:02 | If they still have their ISA allowance of course. | plasybryn
27/12/2019 12:00 | Some might prefer to transfer from a drawn down SIPP into an ISA to get the tax free income. | plasybryn
27/12/2019 11:49 | Definate movement to sipp but don't think it would have been mDV cos he'd Have don't them all at same time??? | bigglesbingham
27/12/2019 11:37 | Another 2.5m transfer by someone in prep for a dividend | bigglesbingham
26/12/2019 20:27 | Which probably means it will be marked down if recent performance is anything to go by. Not complaining mind you.! | thanksamillion
26/12/2019 18:30 | Well, we got a clear seal of approval from kaos so this should motor tomorrow. | charles clore
26/12/2019 17:14 | bottom line. incredibly cheap, no debt, good management execution. a clear buy. | kaos3
26/12/2019 16:54 | You're welcome kaos3. | soulsauce
26/12/2019 16:28 | divi is clearly stated in RNS "It is the current intention of the Board to consider distributing part of this sum as a special dividend to shareholders, once the mechanics for doing so are established." | kaos3
26/12/2019 16:27 | soul I will. Thank you for being corrected. that is what the BB is for. I was reading mining maven article instead of the original RNS. and missed it. I just got to 8 mil proposed investment into Salinbas and did not catch the 30 mil sell, money received in installments. great and cheap as chips. thank you all for the guidance to the right track | kaos3
26/12/2019 16:06 | No offense intended, but I think I would agree with soul. Can suggest reading through the last months posts would help give an insight from our small band of well informed, and in Biggles case well connected investors. Good luck to all. | thanksamillion
26/12/2019 15:56 | kaos3 I suggest you do a bit more homework on AAU especially with regard to the current deal being worked on and the payment of a divi when completed. | soulsauce
26/12/2019 15:29 | as a hobby linguist - I like the spirit coming out of their written words - they are proud, beam confidence and optimism. "brain" "using cost efficient tech" is not seen often. some are proud of their tech but do not mention costs or results at the same time etc. using "brain" word in the report is unusual too etc | kaos3
26/12/2019 14:33 | divi - they will have like 3 mil cash flow. they have to run the business as usual, they will still probably have to put a mil or two into north east Turkey, they have clear financial obligation in Cyprus and they have to be prudent and always have a mil or two cash on the book - just in case. that is next year. more or less the same 2021. plus they are hinting at Australia and Macedonia "studies". I do not expect divi next year for sure, after that if PMs keep motoring there can be tiny but not meaningful divi. It also depends how capital intensive they plan to participate in Cyprus. Their present modus operandi with local partners suits me fine as they fast track projects to free cash flow without heavy capital commitments leaving cash for divi Thank you for clearing the "buy". | kaos3
26/12/2019 14:26 | plasy - I was temped by mercator moons ago but did not buy. hence I started to read "Mercator Gold (now ECR Minerals plc), Oxus Gold plc and Navan Mining plc." | kaos3
26/12/2019 14:15 | Errr...what? Dividends next year if the deal goes through, and MDV's "buy" was actually a transfer of existing holding into SIPP. | thanksamillion
26/12/2019 14:09 | Can you list any of the failed projects/Co’s? | plasybryn
26/12/2019 13:54 | AAU I am reading up on it. It is really good. What I like is being humble by facing reality and taking on local partners. Who provide financing, construction and machinery, greasing the local scene (nationalistic specially under current government). AAU is providing seed capital and knowledge and growing it without any further demands to its shareholders. Providing very high leverage on the shareholders invested capital and at high speed that is. I was first put off by MDVs participation in many failed (but Eurasia) projects, but over the years I learned that many managers that were in good projects failed running the show at the top. So reverse could be true as well. Turkey is going to be fast forwarded. South is done (going down and feeding satelites ready), north east is just processing on autopilot (3 years until production I guess). Cyprus is the next full scale focus. And taking in consideration management limits that is enough. Although Macedonia is mentioned several times by the "search the golden egg" wizz kid from London. Latest MDV buy is encouraging. For him there was prob window of opportunity to buy when not in closed period. So he did buy. TA is also perfect. a bowl Only divi is years away. but who cares. AG AU CU are all in the uptrend. | kaos3
26/12/2019 13:45 | Gold looking for next upward target now its through 1500? | thanksamillion
