02/1/2020 11:04 | Why the drop? Has the price of lithium dropped? | mcmather
02/1/2020 10:14 | Yeah, I agree | excellance
02/1/2020 09:42 | How is the lithium exploration going referenced in the header? Weren't those assets flogged off years ago? | excellance
02/1/2020 09:14 | The troll is out of hibernation soulsauce and back on form. Must have over imbibed over New Year. | plasybryn
02/1/2020 07:19 | Yes, but with a rollover you can avoid the spread. | paul280i
01/1/2020 19:16 | If the funds are already in the SIPP or ISA then this is just simple buying and selling. Hence, no need for a rollover. | jc2706
01/1/2020 18:48 | CGT could be incurred on the sale, depending on your entry point, but IMHO that will be a lot less now than in a couple of months time when we know details of the new JV,the size of the dividend and new drilling results. Oh, I forgot increased production, Cyprus, the price of gold, etc. If I could I would move the balance of my holding into my ISA tomorrow, but I don't have any cash left in it to use. | paul280i
01/1/2020 18:24 | Yes you too Plasybryn but I am sure he will be back following us on this and other BBs. | soulsauce
01/1/2020 18:04 | soulsauce: you seem to have got away without a down tick. Perhaps our troll has decided to have a New Year's resolution to leave us alone. Some hope! | plasybryn
01/1/2020 18:00 | Sure, however cgt liability would probably arise on the sale of unpackaged £400k, best leave it to the experts. | thanksamillion
01/1/2020 15:50 | Surely you can Bed and Breakfast or transfer £400k worth of shares if you have that much cash already in your SIPP or ISA. Probably would have another name though, not B&B. | paul280i
01/1/2020 13:53 | Gold now up near 20% in the past year, must have a significant impact on q4 and years production value. | thanksamillion
01/1/2020 13:08 | You cannot bed & ISA £400k worth of shares and there is a limit to the amount that you can add to a SIPP in the UK in any one tax year. But it would certainly appear to be a rollover of some sort. Perhaps a movement of funds into a trust. | jc2706
31/12/2019 18:46 | Everything I posted was directly from their own website, Best wishes for 2020 to all | excellance
31/12/2019 17:15 | I wonder whether some of the share options have been exercised? There are 64m altogether and I’ve noticed in the accounts that they are in fact exercisable from 1/1/18. Have originally though that they were exercisable after 5 years. Given that the exercise price is 1.55 and a special dividend might be paid then it would make sense to exercise them before the special dividend. If it is and they have been sold would they have sold them to a broker? Pure speculation by me. | erro
31/12/2019 17:00 | It's certainly an interesting one Charles, probably more likely to be a Sipp. | soulsauce
31/12/2019 16:33 | soul - yes and I suppose someone could have invested £20k a couple of years ago, made a 20-bagger and invested it all in AAU today after hours. So that could possibly mean a mark up on opening Thursday then. | charles clore
31/12/2019 16:23 | Back to the nitty gritty, 2020 tommorrow and all but tail end of loan repaid, repayment complete in April, full year production results shortly and we can expect the new deal to be signed off within 8 weeks. Plus can we expect news of drilling in Cyprus shortly? Exciting year ahead! is an under statement. | thanksamillion
31/12/2019 15:45 | Well may be get them right before posting. | soulsauce |
