11/6/2019 22:07 | Anything!!! They haven't got an institutional investor on board. We are too small for them to be interested. I get the impression they are pompous and arrogant . Just my opinion! | bigglesbingham
11/6/2019 20:45 | Don’t quite get the over the top criticism of PG, what are they expected to do? | cbeadle
11/6/2019 20:01 | I hope your confidence proves well founded. I really do. I'd just like to see some assay results. Some high grade hits would surely get the market excited. Lower grade stuff less so. | sonoftherock
11/6/2019 19:32 | Mate, they found gold digging a road to get to the drill site lol!! | shortarm
11/6/2019 19:15 | sonof. you only need watch this presentation and read the body language and hear words like "successful" to get excited. A drilling 2000 mtrs and not turning up anything worth having would never get those comments. | paul280i
11/6/2019 17:02 | Yeah, right. Why's that then?Some strong numbers needed IMO. | sonoftherock
11/6/2019 16:35 | sonof - what's happening at Salinbas is all exciting | charles clore
11/6/2019 16:24 | By 27th June there should also be some assay results from Salinbas. In house I mean. Results then to be "analysed" before published in July, according to recent video. But of course anything exciting will be known immediately by insiders. | sonoftherock
11/6/2019 15:11 | Could the update meeting at PG possibly be to run shareholders through the latest PG note? Kind of points in that direction, n'est pas? | charles clore

Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the exploration and development company with gold mining operations in Turkey, announces that it will be hosting a shareholder update meeting and presentation, followed by a Q&A session on 27 June 2019, at 11am at Panmure Gordon and Company, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF. | mcmather
11/6/2019 13:10 | Hmmmm are Panmure Gordon getting the message lol. | soulsauce
11/6/2019 11:05 | Well, to be fair gold price rises can be dramatic although the history of gold as an entity that is allowed full price discovery doesn't start until 1971 and since then, in US Dollar terms, there have only been two real peaks - 1980 and 2011. Between these peaks the price has been flat or exhibiting a decreasing trend. I confess that I don't believe that the financial crisis of 2007/8 was properly resolved and that the next gold peak is effectively a continuation of unwinding the issue created at the time. As such, I believe that the next gold peak will be equally as dramatic as the one in 2011 (if not more so) and I don't expect to have to wait 30 years for it to take place. I suspect that the next peak will make the 2011 peak look like the 1980 peak does today. | jc2706
11/6/2019 09:56 | King World News always seems over dramatic, I am hoping for a steady rise in metals as have quite a big chunk of my portfolio there! | cbeadle
11/6/2019 08:57 | I always find it rather dangerous to read King World News. I used to read it attentively before and during the financial crisis. The problem with them is that they are Gold perma-bulls - on the whole they don't know when to get off and will ride the price up and down. Unless you really believe that the world is heading for Armageddon, at some point you need to take your profits and move them somewhere else for a couple of decades. As such, 'caveat emptor' is a phrase I would consider when reading this stuff. | jc2706 |
