They need to start Tavan now as then will have 50k ounces of production and really ramp up production. Then maybe pick up a project maybe outside Turkey for risk diversification as plenty of gold miners with no cash to explore.

Indeed. But Directors have this silly habit of highlighting operational profitability, which is a largely irrelevant concept given central overheads etc, and is only done to confuse investors and ramp their own stock. AAU aren't guilty of this, and its investors shouldn't either.

Anyone new looking at the company could be forgiven for thinking "I must be missing something here - why only 2p" resulting perhaps in a wait and see approach. Probably means the share price will rise slowly but steadily until it reaches a value that only looks "cheap". At that stage woosh! I suggest 4p.

Could I ask , as not researched this yet , is there a JOrC resource and reserve on Kilzi?
Thanks in advance.

I was referring to what they would be receiving from the JV. AAU is a very lean operation with relatively low overheads (obviously this doesn't include exploration) but you get my drift

I know I keep banging on bigglesbingham but time for PG to step up with the instis.

They are not throwing off $3.5m pq, even after the debt is repaid. Or do you think the Directors aren't paid?! Still, I agree that once the debt is repaid, FCF will justify a significantly higher rating.

To me share price is irrelevant because I'm in for the long term and one thing is for certain once debt is cleared and they keep throwing of $7m dollars a quarter (their share 3.5m) after cost of production then this cannot remain with a market cap of £20m. Patience and accumulate

...That's right Dibs. its the one area where us PI's have the advantage of agility over insti's. And enables us to move in ahead of the tide.

One things for sure, if Institutions did start accumulating they wouldn’t do it at 8.15 in the morning straight after an announcement. Any rerating which might occur would be in the days and weeks following.

Beggars belief the markets apathy, the institutions should be all over this despite the market cap.

I'll definitely be adding if the sell on news brigade come out in force. Medium/long term, this will make me a lot of money :)

The amount of silver produced in the quarter jumped from 70k to 90k. Seems significant?

IronStorm kizilcukur and irvindi to feed Red Rabbit, Tasvan to increase output to 50k oz by 2021 but most importantly Salinbas which is potentially huge.

One things is for sure this mine is a bit of a cash cow. Underpinning the capital repayment and offers a tantalising prospect of more.

Is 2p+ today?

Never mind any other prospects. Remind me what are they?

So in the last quarter the mine generated 10.6m usd of revenues with cash costs of 2.6m so a very healthy 8m of cash generation 3.3 of which was used to pay down debt and 5.7m of cash for the jv partners, crazy to still have 20m gbp market gash for a mine generating so much cash and 2 further excellent mines to come ....
