One things is for sure this mine is a bit of a cash cow. Underpinning the capital repayment and offers a tantalising prospect of more.

Is 2p+ today?

Never mind any other prospects. Remind me what are they?

So in the last quarter the mine generated 10.6m usd of revenues with cash costs of 2.6m so a very healthy 8m of cash generation 3.3 of which was used to pay down debt and 5.7m of cash for the jv partners, crazy to still have 20m gbp market gash for a mine generating so much cash and 2 further excellent mines to come ....

Good morning everybody.

Not bad figures from the Quarterly report.

The key lines for me are:
"These final results for Q4 2018 are fully in line with the excellent performance of the Kiziltepe Mine achieved during the prior two quarters. Operating cash cost per ounce remains low, mainly due to the maintenance of significant by-product silver credit and increased grades through the plant during the period.

"As at the end of the quarter, 50% of the JV construction capital loan of US$33 million has been repaid, with the remaining balance to be repaid largely during 2019. Monthly intercompany loan repayments from the JV to our wholly owned subsidiary, Galata Madencilik San. ve Tic. Ltd., reached approximately US$2.1 million by the end of 2018."

With half of the loan paid off, the net asset value of the company will be much higher also.

It's interesting to see silver mentioned as a by-product.

Let's see how the market reacts.

Well its out, and despite being on a Friday looks fine!
As I thought fairly predictable in all honesty, but the effect of the silver pleasing.
Good news on the debt, still on course to repay Q1 2020.
For this present quarter we can look forward to the effect of stronger metal prices.

Agreed davidspringbank, gold and silver have been the only true money for around 5,000 years and remain so to this day. With the Federal Reserves recent u-turn and basic admission that they are stuck in a box between money printing or collapsing the stockmarket, the penny is finally dropping among investors that they need REAL insurance, real money, a real store of value to protect their purchasing power, which is being systematically destroyed as their currency is endlessly de-based.

Crossfire

Charles Clore and myself were into PM miners, with gold at 1045, back in early 2016. I made a bundle when it took off. A few months ago I backed up the truck and loaded up with miners again. I was still buying on Monday of this week, but I'm fully loaded now. I especially like silver bullion, which has been a store of value for thousands of years.

Crossfire, I agree. People are slowly waking up to the potential here for a multi-bagger. If you have a look at the charts, they are indicating positive action showing golden crosses for the moving averages. But the herd is slow to catch on to a changing market. They will wake up when gold zooms up to 1500 following a minor consolidation.

The directors here are switched-on, they bought at 1.75 in anticipation of the upthrust in the prices of gold and silver. We are in the early stages of a major move up.

If gold continues this staircase formation it’ll pass straight through $1350 on the next move up.

All depends on the forward guidance for production. If they can match the 27k ozs for 2018 then I agree, the share price should rise strongly. I will be adding, certainly.

Buyers coming in sub-2p pre-news.

This should be 2.5p - 3p in my view with GOLD at $1340 and looking to break higher!
