I would hardly call the recent news a vacuum but it's just not enough to excite new interest although I do sometimes wonder what it will take.

For what it's worth I believe alot isn't priced into the shareprice my hope is a good set of results showing commercial gold as well as copper in Cyprus! CHF came out with an rns explaining they expect gold which put a rocket under shareprice we could confirm gold via drilling results. But there is a seller /sellers out there so a significant increase not guaranteed. But as I say I'm expecting v good Cyprus results shortly.

That's what I'm hoping too. I cannot believe that the dividend is already assumed in the price but who knows with Ariana.

jaf, yes i'm hoping div date announcement will see some rise. if market assesses a quick c.7% as worth a punt it could rise significantly.
pullback to be expected on exdiv date, though once invested there may be 'stickiness' with some holders.

Although I have never believed in the single background seller hypothesis, it is clear that there are some canny sellers out there who are making it very difficult for the share price to rise.

An announcement of the first tranche dividend date would help.....

Highly significant drill intercepts that warrant follow-up include 125m @ 2.44 g/t Au + 0.3% Cu and 34.5m @ 1.75 g/t Au + 6.13 g/t Ag and 164m @ 0.16 g/t Au + 0.3% Cu + 120 ppm Mo in the Ardala area.

Numerous significant rock-chip and soil geochemical anomalies (principally Au, Ag, Cu, Mo) which have not been drill-tested, also require follow-up.

Project area includes targets developed around the Salinbas Au-Ag deposit, the Ardala Cu-Au-Mo porphyry and the Hizarliyayla Au-Ag system among several other prospects.

I sometimes wonder though, if we hadn't had the greedy bankers in charge, whether we would have been quite as dismissive of our precious planet. The pigeons are coming home to roost but in the wrong backyard. As usual the cabal get away Scot free with their crimes but its always us who have to pay the price.

My generation (born in the 60’s), have plundered and looted this world without a thought for future generations. Global warming is coming home to roost, at speed and belatedly we all need to play our part in reducing our carbon footprints.

The chart pattern is building. Needs to cross the 200 moving average at 4.92p and then break above 5.2p and hold. Imho this is worth far more and I think it can do it with the dividend payment news we've been waiting for and a favourable tailwind.
