Excruciating. Cant blame the sellers. One or both of the parties to this deal dont have their eyes on the ball.

Even though Ariana will probably continue to be successful, how do you rate a company where the CEO can find the time to claim his options but cannot find the time to update his shareholders on the reason for the delay in the most important event in the company's history.

Another little top up for me, as much as I'm fed up the value on offer is obvious going forward.Looking at the Tavsan resource and exploration upside surely that could provide 50,000oz pa. If they are ramping up Kiziltepe why not Tavsan too? If we can get 30000oz at Kiziltepe our share would be 18800oz pa by H2 2022. Plus our exploration payments, silver credits etc We will making huge profits on no cash outlay and debt held in the JVs. With exploration on Kiziltepe, Tavsan, Salinbas, Cyprus, Eastern Europe and any other licences that the new JV push to help Turkey to its gold production targets stated recently. I'll be loading up onn the dips.

Anyone agree....
Looking back I believe the Board to be adequatly manned, in the future however I see the need for some strengthening.

Plasybryn,

Exactly my feelings. To use a sporting analogy, Ian Botham was the best player in the team but that didn't make him a very good captain. KS is superb at his job but he is not a CEO in my opinion.

I personally feel the Co. needs a new director appointment. Possibly a N.E.D, but ideally a Business Development director whose responsibilities are primarily to inform and excite the City regarding our great developing, low risk story. Fund Managers, Institutional Investors, retail investors etc. There is so much that could be done. The current Directorate team seems very light imo. Chris & William both have other directorships and Kerim is in Australia. Kerim is also Chairman of Panther Metals. He will sit on the new J.V. Board and I believe with Proccea. That leaves the Chairman, Michael de Villiers. He isn't getting any younger. The A.R. & A. from two years ago said the Co. was being considered this to meet evolving Regulatory requirements, but nothing transpired. Just four directors and a very tight admin function, suggests to me they are under resourced. Anyone agree?

All these opinions are fine, fact is it shouldn't be left to our opinions. As shareholders we should know.

I don't believe it is Ariana that is the cause of the delays.

I have recently thought May/June tbh konil given how long things are taking with anything else. Maybe that is the plan to slow things up to get into a new tax year 🤔

ok, so after jv signed then another wait to receive the cash in aau account (unless cash paid immediately upon signing) and then a further wait to get the divi approved at court.

given the rate of progress could be march/april for divi payout.

that wouldn't be too bad were it not for the share price which seems to have stalled/drifting down until its done, unless they release some drill results meantime which sets things alight.

Surely we are at the stage where Kerim can say what the final process is and how long it will be.
Hopefully he will make up for this charade with some shiny new assets.

Bit of a fiasco happening here but I'm still confident it will be ok in the end and holding 5m and not selling any until 10p

In the longer term, how does the company expect to attract new investors if it cannot even get the basics right.

He sounded so sure in that last interview where he expressed the deadline date. However you look at it, he keeps making the same mistake. Needs to learn its best to say nowt sometimes.
