From (my very poor) memory I'm reasonably certain KS said in an early Summer interview that drilling might commence in August in Cyprus. Obviously August has come and gone but surely drilling cant be far off. Biggles whats the situation with CHF drilling? Just wondering if the drilling market in Cyprus is sufficiently modest that Ariana are waiting for CHF to finish before thaey utilise the same team?

I also hold CHF and as you say a very low market Cap of £5 million
SP currently attempting breakout at 8p which some say may take the share price up to 11-12p area. Might be work a look for some apparently the reason for todays rise is a Broker recommendation. But as always DYOR

For those of you in xherstfueld resources you will know the content of this post for those of you that don't it's not a ramp for CHF but guidance on and excellent document which has resulted in a 17% uplift in GHF which should give insight into our Venus joint venture. On their website they has issued a thirty page report and within this report it clearly explains the potential within Cyprus and as you will know we have exposure there via our newly formed Venus JV and as of yet the potential although taking a minnow like CHF to market cap of over 5 million on basis of holding licences it isn't priced in to AAU. A couple of positive drills from Venus using the technology Kerim developed at uni (which has resulted in AAU being one of the lowest exploration cost per ounce in the world) should propel the shareprice. This is likely to be after the JV with Ozaltin is concluded so plenty to look forward to after conclusion of JV imho.

It looks to me like the POG is readying itself for a new move northwards soon, although that's just my amateur charting view.

I recon there is a decent possibility this stock could go absolutely ballistic with a continued Gold and PM bull market?

Not be long now....

Worth a read, note the ball park production costs per ounce mentioned: -

'Before this year’s massive price rally in gold, most of the mining companies have been using the $1,200 price for their projects.'

Shows our production cost of circa $600/$700 per ounce is probably the lowest cost across the whole sector I would venture

Forgetting charting for a minute there was an increase due to positive news flow then some individuals decide to sell some or all of their holding maintaining a period of consolidation before the next leg up again on positive news. It's not rocket science and it up to individuals to decide whether there's future growth potential from here and if so and if funds are available then top up. That's been my philosophy here for last 7 years or so.

The share price has been acting in this way since March. It is sometimes referred to as a staircase I believe. This would be the shortest consolidation period of the four since then if it finished now.

I honestly didn't expect the price to hover around this level for as long as it has. It's a great buying opportunity imho especially with the jv deal and dividend decision so close.

Whilst the price action is somewhat frustrating, this is where top investors earn their money....by holding. Buying and selling are the easy bits, it's holding (particularly when in profit) that's the hard part.

Be careful what you wish for. We've already had 1.0p (and some of us took advantage). 10p would be nice though.

I'm hoping for a round-number share price in the not too distant future. Starting with '1' and ending with '0'.If the price of gold goes to $3000 next year then who knows, there might be another number in the middle LOL
