Bill.. I seem to recall, that Sprott had lowered his holding from 18%, to 14%, and down further over the last few months.

I don't know what they currently hold, but they are supposed to notify according to FT rules every time they cross a 1%, (so from 14% to 13% etc etc.) but I haven't seen any notifications here, perhaps they were in Canada?

If they can get more cash to keep the ship afloat, and roll-over the debt, then maybe there's a chance, but $14 silver is not gonna pay the bills.

The share price in Canada seems to be holding up well from a low of 13c to 22c today albeit on very low volumes. Do they know something we don't? As they say it aint over till the fat lady sings.

So it is all over here What a shame as we are so close to producing silver this quarter. Have to ask yourself why this problem has arisen From memory Sprott are invested pretty heavily here and I cannot seeing this go down without a fight Interestingly up 6% in Canada last night so something is going on here. We will see soon enough.

The assets are worth a bunch, and could be useful to a major, with deep pockets. But it is looking increasingly like we are stuffed.

Director selling out should have been the warning shot across my bow, but I naively believed we might get through this negative outlook intact.

The problem was we still have a rigged market for PM metals. Those who control the funding, also dictate the price through the derivatives markets, and that should not stand.

Where is the FCA/SEC or even the state and national regulators when you need them?

Oh yes, they believed all the guff back in the 80s, about Glass-Steagall being a relic of a bygone age...

Had we re-imposed it prior to 2008, the vast majority of the problems of the last 7years, would have been minimal.

It was always going this way.

They now have an operational mine, for the price of the Mmill, and silver resource for nothing.

WJ: I did and my interpretation - for what it is worth - is that this is the end - when a mortgage is well under water foreclosure is the usual result-
