The RNS states that................. discussions with Quintana and its

affiliates "are on-going", but that notice has been received from Quintana to

terminate the letter of intent in accordance with its terms.

Sounds like there is still a chance, but Quintana want a larger bite of the cherry.

these deals look great - additional financing raised, but red flags here are bonds are for 12 months only and then may need to be repaid with interest. If the economic viability of the mill is not established by this time or the silver price is still in the doldrums, it could be goodbye arian.
for me a 12 month deal is too short, but I do not know how long everything will take. I hope that the Board will convey clearly the plan before the general meeting, as there needs to be a good margin in timings, but gut tells me it is too short and we are playing with fire

Temporary Suspension and Trading Halt

Arian Silver Corporation (the "Company"), a silver mining company focussed on silver projects in the silver belt of Zacatecas, Mexico, announces that further to its announcement on 22 September 2015 of the signing of a letter of intent and non-binding term sheet with Quintana AGQ Holding Co. LLC ("Quintana"), discussions with Quintana and its affiliates are on-going, but that notice has been received from Quintana to terminate the letter of intent in accordance with its terms.

As such the Company has very limited working capital and until such time as an alternative or revised financing agreement is reached there is a material uncertainty over the financial condition of the Company.

Therefore the Company announces that trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be suspended with effect from 8.30am on 29 October 2015 and trading on the TSX-V will also be halted.

After watching this share deteriorate markedly over the years and having lost money here I believe we are now on re entry time Wont be long before we will release news on cashflow and with the POS on the move gently upwards I think it is time to enter. Just a small entry pending more positivity!!!
