The RNS mentioned $2 million due to the company in sales taxes, presumably from the Government.

Andy, one does not believe it was a simple disagreement over the approval of the Accounts. It seems to me that it is possibly more fundamental in nature. One remains confident that we will see significant (financing) news soon perhaps with other important changes as well. We need to wait and see what happens.

In the meantime this permabear appears to be getting close to changing his stance on the PoS:

I reckon SILVER at $14 is also doable later this year

from todays proactive investors blurb

'' The firm's all in sustaining costs are US$14 an ounce but below that it fails to make money, he acknowledged.''

"the effective date of the resignation of
Messrs Rodz and Laing was 28 August 2015, following which the remaining members
of the Board approved the Company's quarterly financial statements and MD&A."

---

Seems to imply they wouldn't approve the accounts, anyone else have a view?

Certainly not looking good, can't see a placing above 6p by the look of the current chart, can you?

Dear, oh dear, oh dear, how did it get to this.

Ah, now I remember, it is a SCAMm.

Been away to your part of the world Hect... (Ayr/Glasgow/Arrochar/Loch Long/Loch Lomond)/even as far as Rest and Be Thankful for a brief visit)

So sad to see AGQ down in the doldrums, given their assets. As can be expected, cash is king, and the Banksters have our cash.

IF governments get conned into allowing them (Banksters) to control digital currency as well, our goose is well and truly cooked. That is until the people reject all forms of currency, and then the global reset can get underway.

Yes, I'll look in there.
Had some Libertads a few years ago (nice coin) but they all went as presents at christenings, birthdays etc. Doubt if I'll buy them again - need to distance myself from the AGQ/Mexican connection :)

JW's last media performance clinched it for me. I remember he wore a bizarre shirt with pictures of dogs on it (like something from the mid 1970s), I mean a clown would be embarrassed to wear a thing like that. Then I thought laughingly he's saying AGQ=DOG, it might be a coded message "Sell if I wear my dog shirt" - it certainly fits the bill seeing what's happened since.

Must go, I'm listening to a fat lady singing Goodnight Vienna!

What is most interesting about their departure is that AGQ felt it necessary to clarify they were not involved in approving the latest set of accounts. Read into this what you will.

Magnus - see you over on the very useful silver thread then!

I had a small number of these, just a speculative punt. Sold on yesterday's news. There's nothing like physical. It's heavy, shiny and beautiful and you can hold, caress and kiss it. When the missus is away you can take it to bed and it keep you warm at night - LOL!!

Hi Magnus - better off buying a shed load of silver bullion if that's the case.

p.s. you could have it nailed there.

They had to include a production holdup with something like the crusher story as a backstop in case there was a sudden massive surge in the price of silver, which may well happen, and that would wreck the plan.

We have problems with a crusher.

Do we. Can I say this is true.

Don't know.

Do not get involved in AIM scams.

If was not the crusher, it would be something else.

They sold, that was an idicator.
