01/7/2014 15:54 | Oh yes - I was thinking sell now and buy back as the share price trails. I see the chat about the 3D not being interpreted until the end of Q3 - that's going to tkae it's toll on the share price I think. Of course - if I do sell - that's guaranteed to make the price rise - and vie versa...;) | agnabeya
01/7/2014 14:54 | Agna, only thing i would say is becareful - remember FOGL at least have the rig now, ARG are yet to have a slot. So at least there will be some definate interest in FOGL come spring next year. | robpuguk
01/7/2014 14:43 | Rob -I'm thinking I might sell a quarter of my FOGL - and wait for a lower price to buy back in. But it means watching the charts most days...and I'm getting lazy in my old age. | agnabeya
01/7/2014 13:17 | yeah some news soon would be nice - could be BOR tho next with a farmout.. but who knows! So its you that is moving the market on this share eh? ;-) | robpuguk
01/7/2014 13:04 | Rob - yes. I tried selling some on Monday - but it was impossible - no takers. The most I could sell trying different levels of sale was about £800 worth - everything else was a negotiated trade. I actually sold that small amount by accident - fat fingered trade when I got a price offer (at 13p) - I didn't mean to :) I've still got loads - and I know that when ARG is on the up again - it's even harder to buy. Not enough PI's throwing their shares around. I hold the same amount of FOGL - but I do think we should have some sort of 3D news soon ( I know). I don't want to risk selling any of them at the moment for that reason. I think both are going to keep drifting down in the news vacum though. edit: Should add - I think FOGL is looking the stronger of the two. | agnabeya
01/7/2014 10:10 | You still holding agna? | robpuguk
26/6/2014 10:19 | JAT - if it were a more liquid share I'd sell out and buy back in when it's lower - but it's such a difficult share to trade in any quantities once it gets going - I don't think I'll take the risk. As it's always been with the FI shares - it's a waiting game. I just hope I don't have to wait a too much longer..:) GLA | agnabeya
25/6/2014 18:15 | Typical aim dripping down now dont be shaken | jathomas
22/6/2014 10:19 | Trouble with arg is funding if RKH does not want them they will imo have to raise cash just like the rest did in the early days. concern is if rkh do deals outside Falklands and waste money on 12% cos wells instead of 30% arg its an odd way to go about it. | chrisoil twitter
09/6/2014 07:47 | JAThomas - you're very welcome. Thanks Millair. Nice to see we're being talked about in various Industry publications. Even if it is just at the end of this article :) hxxp://oilpro.com/po Argos Resources is looking to spud an exploration well in its PL001 license in the North Falkland Basin in 2015. Reports indicate the company is looking to join a drilling group under a rig-sharing arrangement that is reportedly under negotiation. Argos is now looking at final drilling locations and examining rig options. Additional information will be reported as it is secured. | agnabeya
06/6/2014 18:14 | Nice, thanks agna | jathomas
06/6/2014 10:11 | Looks tempting to top up...but don't wanna catch another damp squib as I'm already 50% in paper loss.Going to watch others making money n hope I'm able to recoup my losses.Enjoy guys and may the rise continue. | smoothtrader
06/6/2014 09:43 | smoothtrader - it seems there must be something going on in the background - but I don't know what. Some are saying that Noble is going to farm in to ARG. Again - I've no idea - but someone might be going to farm in as the rig is now signed. In their end of year statement last week ARG did say that they needed a rig to be signed to complete a farm in. Perhpas it's simply speculation on the back of that? It's been looking strong for a while - and it's why I topped up yesterday. Not for a long term hold - but to trade in and out. edit - the volume is almost a million traded this morning - so perhaps we are due news? GLA | agnabeya
06/6/2014 09:38 | Not that I'm complaining. ..as I love this share to rise to recoup my paper loss. But why the rise...usually these only rise when there is news | smoothtrader
05/6/2014 14:51 | I've filled my boots today to top up what I held. Now watch the share price drop like a stone...:) edit: Maybe I should have waited - I usually buy too quickly when the frenzy is on me...lol | agnabeya
05/6/2014 07:31 | Looks like cash call will be around 8/10p then the fun begins. | jotoha2
04/6/2014 22:47 | LOL - I answered my own question TV | thevoid
04/6/2014 12:31 | Living up to your name eh? :-) DL | davidlloyd
04/6/2014 07:55 | SO - a rig has been signed and up to 15 drilling slots. No mention of the rig name yet - and nothing from ARG - but I live in hope. Didn't they say that they needed the rig signed before they could finalise with a farm in partner? Make it so, ARG. :) | agnabeya
30/5/2014 12:05 | Well I suspect something must have got leaked | jathomas
29/5/2014 12:50 | I'm just wondering - with so many articles in Industry magazines foretelling a rig and drilling etc -is someone leaking the info to forestall the SUN and Sunday Times form getting the jump on expected news? They always seemed to have the RNS the day before it was released in the last campaign. Just a thought. | agnabeya
29/5/2014 07:10 | JAT - and now the trick for me is to be an early bird. I will try again today - but buying yesterday was an awful struggle. NO one was selling. No advice intended etc. | agnabeya |
