I managed to increase my holding this morning. I don't expect a July update but you never know - BTC has held fairly steady, new mining capacity coming on stream, strong balance sheet (Cash & Coins), Director buys higher up etc.

It doesn't seem to want to go below 9400, either way ARB carry on mining and if they need cash / new equipment we are still getting a very nice return on any coins cashed in.

Double bottom at 9100. Another fakeout to fail again around 10200/10300 and then lower or is BTC not going to give the buy opp in the 8k's and leave those on the sidelines scrambling higher up?

HIVE Blockchain Announces Late Filing of Annual Financial Statements

They are due to file by 31st July and announce they will miss this - partly due to tax discussions. Results will come by 31st Aug.
If I understand correctly the stock trading will be able to trade by general public but ceo & cfo cannot trade until results announced.

Seems to me to give ARB the perfect excuse to walk away from the share swap if they want to? E.g. they can cite questions over values and simply say the proposal has lapsed .... and that they will remain on good terms and may revisit the matter in due course? To keep options open.

It would be helpful if they add some KPI to the trading updates as I tracked back and was getting a bit lost on number of machines, PH, coins mined and coins held.

8,000 looks likely for btc.
Annoying that ARB still slavishly following it despite mining more of them.
A bounce at £8k seems likely though.

Don't think alt season will arrive until BTC back above 20k. Could see bitcoin dominance above 70pc first. Expecting BTC to test 21ema and fill CME gaps in the 8400-8600 range before major wave 3 up towards 30k

The bitcoin reward rate halves early next year so I expect the price will continue to increase.

Good the company have increased mining capacity at this time and hope now they will hold onto as many as they can (cash permitting) before the inevitable rise.
