Will overheads rise here in line with the price rise in BTC? No.If your big you will survive if your small you will die.ARGO need to grow imo to become a major player and the best way is through M&A

Let's say 250k per month overheads. . I think at current BTC mining rate and BTC price I still put them on annual net profit run rate of c . 5-6m.Why these are not multiples of current share price? Risk. BTC remains volatile , mining difficulty fluctuations and of course the great unknown imminent halving event.

Those are gross profits ? If so what are the annual overheads ? Whilst they have a slim management team, we need to take in to account the usual PLC running costs IMO

Why not higher - imho caution around impact of halving and a big seller and the BTC sell off in March dented confidence. I expect all of these to be put behind us in next 3 to 6 months and a share price in double figures. GlA.

Roddy, I have been investing in crypto for years, I am a crypto goddess you could say

ARB need to start paying back shareholders for holding, yes they are a bit amateur but I bought back half my previous yesterday afternoon after a few hours before (and the day before too) because I believe in the future of Bitcoin and the price had started going seriously up again ..

I hope this answers your question

Unlike many on these boards, I do not crystallise and turn into a dinosaur with my investments, I stay flexi ..

which is why I love crypto, I enjoy the volatility

Why aren't we much higher with explosion of revenues and profits in last 6 months. Was 12p when nowhere near the progress

I think it would be better than growing organically. Much quicker if the right deal can be found. Going to see rapid change as well imo. hTTps://quantummining.tech/

Average mining difficult in April was slightly lower than March so production should be slightly up on the 334 coins mined in March (although there is one less day).Average BTC price in April looks like just above $7k, so about $2.5m revenue for April.

is the value of M&A better than increase its own capacity?

Might be a good time for ARGO to pick up some cheap M&A if some miners decide to call it a day

Argo will still be making a decent profit post halving at the current BTC price (based on 730PH, using 33kW of power, and with an all-in power and housing costs of USD 0.055/kWh).

The situation should get much better too. With the halving I expect either the BTC price to go up further, or the hash rate and difficulty to come down substantially.

When the BTC price came down to the $5k-$6k range in March the hash rate came down substantially. Therefore even with a $10k-$12k price post halving I’d expect difficulty to come down.

The margin is just a bit of fun and its risky to trade outwith the top 10. I let cryptohopper.com do it for me automatically with Alts.$BAT,$LINK$DASH

Topaz, just skimming through your posts here, is ARB still an amateurish company and you are better off investing direct in crypto - or are you recommending both? You do run hot & cold in the space of 4 days.

aiden, I am mostly into the big cap alts when owning crypto directly, dash, monero, stellar, ethereum classic, zcash, etc ... these can blow way more than BTC if holding them directly, I do not trade any on margin EVER, I just accumulate them for when they go to the moon

Good luck!

Well presumably if the btc price stays up after halving, arb won’t need to hold onto cash so much and its more likely to be distributed
