A share swap like this does show what the two BOD's think each company should be valued at in relation to the other, ie that HIVE is worth three times what ARB is worth.
However, since no cash is being exchanged it is not possible to say what each company is actually worth. Only the market can say that. I would put ARB at about 75% of their cash balance, whatever that might be.

This first hour has only flushed out the sellers as the MMs marked this up at a minimum above 4p.

So there lies the cue.

5.18p was paid earlier.

They quickly absorbed the 4p sellers.

Now it all eyes will focus on TSX.

Will be interesting to see what happens when some day traders see the 11.6p gap to current price. Even if I don't believe for a second it will get to 11p today, I would be shocked if it doesn't fall somewhere in the middle. As a shareholder at 3.3p and added his morning at 4.4p I am very happy with my decisions...good luck win your decisions.
