What you don't want to do is be HODL'ing btc or arb once wave 5 completes. That would be a disaster.

I've seen an EW analysis of MARA and RIOT which says they are both in the 4th wave of an extended 3rd wave (III.4) in step with BTC. If that's true they have even further highs to hit. And if ARB is following them (about a month behind) the path in front of us looks a bit crazy...

It doesn't matter which individual sells...there's a bigger mug willing to take them off him.
The problem with your premise is that you are trying to take trading an electronic ticker into the real world. There is no feed-back loop for that.

That's what i'm saying....who spotted the turning point on here at over 120. Who spotted it with btc at 42k ? Trend following was useless.
You'd need to be technical.
There were some sentiment indicators. An american football star had just agreed to take half his huge salary in bitcoin. If that ain't bearish...??

The US dollar is almost certainly at the start of a very bullish move higher which will is likely to last months.
Think contrarian.
It's the euro and especially the british pound that will be weak.
However...it won't affect bitcoin in the slightest.
One more time nico....btc has no outside influences whatsoever. It's not real...it lives a virtual existence...a bit like yourself !

Morning all - holding above 32800 on the daily is proving the challenge.With the 21ema on the weekly rising fast I wonder if BTC needs to tag that first. It will be coincident with the monthly support around 27.5k in a few days.

There's plenty of scope for the correction wave to continue to its conclusion. It could easily slip back to the recent low...or lower.

As always, it depends how you draw the waves.

I'm expecting dollar to fall again now and btc to rise as there's an 80pct 30d inverse correlation with the dollar Still expecting 39k btc and that's where I will make some sells
