10/8/2018 15:32 | Yes you're right, that's why I was quite surprised at the size of the penalty. However, the US business is tiny (they only have about 1% market share with a profit of 0.5mm) so it's not hugely costly to the business as a whole. The PGA contract in the US is a good sign and they are paying the fines from existing facilities future US ocf. I'm happy with their recent acquisitions and that Livingbridge continue to add so will hold to see if they can iron out the seasonality issues. | dplewis1
07/8/2018 08:59 | Correct me if I am wrong, but won't the settlement wipe out most of Americas net profits for the next 5 years? I also see it says 'in principle'?? Further to the Company's announcement on 29 March 2018 in relation to a potential legal action against its US subsidiary, Arena Americas, the Company is pleased to announce that a settlement has been agreed in principle with the United States' Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Georgia to resolve the US government's investigation of Arena Americas ("Settlement"). The Settlement includes the payment by Arena Americas of $4.8 million in equal instalments over five years (being $960,000 per annum). In addition, there is the potential for additional contingent payments which are based on Arena Americas achieving revenue of $150 million (Arena Americas 2017 revenue was $56.7 million) or net profits of $2.5 million (Arena Americas 2017 net profit was $0.5 million). The potential contingent payment would be $600,000 in any of the next five years that either of these hurdles are exceeded. | melody9999
06/8/2018 14:44 | IC pump lunchtime today caused the rise so staying clear short term (was on my watchlist) | davr0s
02/8/2018 07:21 | Quite a hefty fine, but good to have any threat of litigation out the way. Trading quite nicely by the sounds of it and more acquisitions to come, so I'll carry on holding. | dplewis1
21/6/2018 08:00 | Another nice little acquisition for Arena.. | dplewis1
13/6/2018 16:49 | That 'buy' was about 0.64%, so be interesting to see if there's a holdings RNS. It's that trade that drew my attention to the stock today. It would be good to get closure on the fine. It would also be good to see them make a profit. If they can meet forecasts they don't look expensive. | typo56
13/6/2018 16:36 | Yes these Livingbridge lot seem to like it. Back above the price from when they announced the potentially dodgy contract so it doesn't seem to be much of an issue | dplewis1
13/6/2018 16:29 | A few larger trades today. It would be good to get the potential US fine out of the way. | typo56
29/3/2018 08:22 | Tipped by SCSW as well. Shows what tipsters know.. | dplewis1
29/3/2018 08:13 | This was tipped by Simon T last week but didn't really interest me | spob
29/3/2018 08:06 | Yes I read that, but a 17% drop seems harsh in my view | dplewis1
29/3/2018 08:01 | Wow that's a hell of a reaction for such a small potential hit to revenues.. | dplewis1

26/2/2018 09:18 | Here is my chart analysis: We broke the SMA 18 line to the upside for the first time since the share placing. The bottom bollinger band is on the rise again, first time since mid-December. MACD Divergence indicator I use is positive for the first time since early January. Williams %R (10) is rising sharply, first time it's hit -15 level since early January, it's looking strong from an incredible -95 (well oversold position) mid-Feb. We are also rising on above average volume. My next target is the top bollinger band at 83p, momentum is behind the stock based on the charts I use. That is my next target. | lucicavi
25/2/2018 21:20 | Big deal, this company has weak gross profit, high costs, not sure what the attraction is! | bookbroker

25/2/2018 16:55 | John09 5 Feb '18 - 17:09 - 117 of 127 0 0 0 It’s on my watchlist so any updates flag. Maybe I’ll be interested when it’s cheaper Or when it’s 80 Johnson | lucicavi
12/2/2018 13:39 | Yeah it seems a solid business with good management, also pays a divi so not much to dislike really. I hope yours wasn't the 1 share fill..maybe an rns on the way..?! | dplewis1
12/2/2018 10:04 | I bought in today. We know that people are having more experiences, it's a fragmented industry and lots to go for in the USA in particular They keep clients when won and the recurring revenue is thus pretty highDecent rating too | nfs
09/2/2018 14:03 | Well Lombard Odier certainly like these.. | dplewis1 |
