I fully expect a strong move here, either today or the coming days.

You are right though, some press coverage would definetly help.

Yeah bought £500 straight after the RNS then fully digested so got about £2.4k in here.

I know its a bit impatient of me but expected to see a big rise first thing as I couldnt get any more from 4:15 onwards yesterday.

I guess a bit of press coverage might help

Give it a chance pelleeds1980 - I think its under the radar, especially the timing of the announcement yesterday.

ARENA LEISURE PLC (ARE.LN), a U.K. horseracing group, Wednesday said it has signed a GBP106 million deal with Satellite Information Services (SIS) Limited for the coverage of horse racing content from all of its seven racecourses.

Arena said the five year deal will replace its current arrangement with BAGS, which ends Dec. 31 2011.

The company said its new revenues will nearly double the GBP55 million it gets from its deal with BAGS.

Arena said it will receive an initial advanced payment of GBP12.5 million from SIS.

At 1430 GMT, Arena Leisure shares +3 pence, or 13%, at 26 pence.

On what basis do you say fair value before the deal is worth 45p?

Liam...No reason why not, they have had a huge contract renewed which is excellent, but also now worth double what it was and more than mkt cap alone. Fair value on these was around 45p before this deal so with it...££££

"Total revenues receivable by Arena under the Agreement are estimated by the
Board at GBP106 million, significantly in excess of the revenues receivable
under the existing five year contract, which are estimated by the Board at GBP55
million. "
