The next 12 days including a bunch of public holidays. At least the financial advisers are making a shedload of money here - as usual.

If the t/o does not go ahead, it will be interesting to see the impact on the bottom line of keeping all these advisers busy for months.

interesting to "ErrolFlynn's post from 10 years ago - looks like they will close at 33p today ! - I recall selling these years ago at 40p ish - only held them for the perk - Those with a minimum shareholding of 5,000 shares, upon becoming an Annual Badgeholder at one of Arena's racecourses (excluding Doncaster Racecourse), could obtain a second Annual Badge for the same racecourse at no cost.

Evidently the bros are offering a very small premium to the current share price - I suspect 35/40p. Hemmings has to decide whether to take the gamble of turning down the offer and seeing the share price falling to 25/30p with a very long haul back to 40p plus over the next few years with the economy tanking and disposable income falling. I assume that Hemmings can wait and does not need the dosh. My guess is that the talks will collapse.

I am minded to think that if it is taking this long to decide, the decision is more likely to be no than yes

If the Reubens cough up for this I'll be amazed. They usually want stuff for next to nothing so doubt a deal will be done. I expect talks to be called off at some point tomorrow or perhaps one final extension.
