Taffy100 - pleased to have confirmation of my own thoughts here. I really don't know what is holding the share price down, especially given the directors' interest, but as you say, it has been a great opportunity to top up.

I couldn´t agree more. I have been investing in this since the KTS days but have never felt so positive about their prospects. This has been a good time to accumulate with the share price depressed. I believe that patience will be more than amply rewarded.

I see the purchases are again going through as sells this morning. It does appear to me that the MM's are trying to hold the price down for some reason.

I have revisited the recent announcements from the company, and unless I am missing something, the company is delivering on its forecast that they have sufficient funds and orders to see them through to profitability.

Topinfo is good at picking a winner and although he doesn't stay around long he alerts investors to take a closer look. He likes ARC.

moormoney - you could be right, as the financial year end is not until June. However, the company is taking on more staff and we could hear of new contract wins at anytime. Given that the shares are trading at near historic lows, I don't think it will take much to move them up quickly.

I have waited five years so far, so a few more months is neither here nor there!

I am bullish here and though patience is needed arc are developing well. I have a few tucked away but have not added for a while plenty of time I think.

Having had the time to digest the financial implications of yesterday's contract news, I feel confident the company will deliver positive cash flow and at least break-even for the second half of this financial year.

At the interims, the company was showing a loss of £342k. Since that time, they have announced contract wins of £1.85m, which covers a 3 year period. Assuming a third of those sales is recognized in this financial year, and given the vast majority will be profit, this could/should give us at least the break-even result.

It would be interesting to hear other views, but given the positive news of late, I am retaining my bullish view and increasing my holding accordingly.

hatetrader2 - can you leave it there please. I have posted a good deal of factual information recently, and I don't want it lost amongst your argument with TOPINFO. Out of interest, have you looked at the funamentals and prospects here?

day saying what a bargain they are yet you dump the same day, why bother topinfo
why bother at all, you cannot invest, you just pump.

What you did with HCP was disgusting, infact all your gang are a bunch of crooks

he refuses to apologise, there is a way out here for him.

Actually, the contract win in January for £1m, was even better than yesterday's announcement.

Well...a nice steady day's trading, which by my reckoning were mostly buys. I would expect to see a slow and steady rise from here, as I do not think there will be many people who will have such a low average. With the promise of positive cash flow and a return to profitability, this could turn out to be a good investment for 2012.

StockMarketWire.com - Arcontech Group has clinched significant new contract wins for deployment of its CityVision market data platform and Excel integration technology.

These include agreements for deployment in Scandinavia, North America, London and the Asia Pacific regions.

The contracts are worth in excess of £850,000 in total, over a three year period.

Any thoughts on what a take out price would be? When you consider the directors hold circa 23% of the shares, and took stakes in the last placing at 0.2p, they would want a decent return on their investment and the years it has taken to get to this point.

Four times NA's would give a 0.48p per share. I still think that is cheap considering the potential now!
