30/4/2012 13:48 | We seem to have a seller in the background, as the buys are outweighing the sells by 2 to 1, yet the price has dropped. | bill182
30/4/2012 12:36 | More buys going through as sells!!!!!!! | bill182
30/4/2012 10:31 | Taffy100 - pleased to have confirmation of my own thoughts here. I really don't know what is holding the share price down, especially given the directors' interest, but as you say, it has been a great opportunity to top up. | bill182
30/4/2012 10:09 | Bill182 I couldn´t agree more. I have been investing in this since the KTS days but have never felt so positive about their prospects. This has been a good time to accumulate with the share price depressed. I believe that patience will be more than amply rewarded. | taffy100
30/4/2012 09:27 | I see the purchases are again going through as sells this morning. It does appear to me that the MM's are trying to hold the price down for some reason. I have revisited the recent announcements from the company, and unless I am missing something, the company is delivering on its forecast that they have sufficient funds and orders to see them through to profitability. | bill182
27/4/2012 16:58 | Interesting few trades this afternoon. Given the recent positive news, I assume it is people closing short positions. | bill182
26/4/2012 14:55 | Topinfo is good at picking a winner and although he doesn't stay around long he alerts investors to take a closer look. He likes ARC. | moormoney
26/4/2012 10:05 | moormoney - you could be right, as the financial year end is not until June. However, the company is taking on more staff and we could hear of new contract wins at anytime. Given that the shares are trading at near historic lows, I don't think it will take much to move them up quickly. I have waited five years so far, so a few more months is neither here nor there! | bill182
26/4/2012 01:26 | I am bullish here and though patience is needed arc are developing well. I have a few tucked away but have not added for a while plenty of time I think. | moormoney
25/4/2012 11:17 | Having had the time to digest the financial implications of yesterday's contract news, I feel confident the company will deliver positive cash flow and at least break-even for the second half of this financial year. At the interims, the company was showing a loss of £342k. Since that time, they have announced contract wins of £1.85m, which covers a 3 year period. Assuming a third of those sales is recognized in this financial year, and given the vast majority will be profit, this could/should give us at least the break-even result. It would be interesting to hear other views, but given the positive news of late, I am retaining my bullish view and increasing my holding accordingly. | bill182
25/4/2012 08:45 | hatetrader2 - can you leave it there please. I have posted a good deal of factual information recently, and I don't want it lost amongst your argument with TOPINFO. Out of interest, have you looked at the funamentals and prospects here? | bill182
25/4/2012 08:28 | It dont matter if you are civil or not, you arrive on different threads each day saying what a bargain they are yet you dump the same day, why bother topinfo why bother at all, you cannot invest, you just pump. What you did with HCP was disgusting, infact all your gang are a bunch of crooks pumping and dumping at will and now m4 sinks to the new low but is so arrogant he refuses to apologise, there is a way out here for him. | hatetrader2
25/4/2012 08:19 | I tried to be civil Hatey but if we continue this debate then the thread will end up ruined so Im not going to bother. Sorry Bill182. I will leave now and he will stop posting. | topinfo
25/4/2012 08:16 | Are you going to pretend to be a long term holders tops :-)) Seen Hcp, nothing changes tops, you still are a shameless pump and dumper that cannot invest in a stock just pumps them for a day and then gets rid. | hatetrader2
25/4/2012 08:16 | hatetrader2 - thanks. I have been invested here for a long, long time, and as you will see from my posts, genuinely believe the company has now turned the corner. | bill182
25/4/2012 08:14 | Hatey you know my views on what you are on about so please dont ruin this thread due to your incident with M4. | topinfo
25/4/2012 08:10 | bill Sorry nothing to do with Arc, forget topinfo he wont be here for long, his friend invented a fake rns yesterday to try and deramp one of my stocks and then deleted it and then said i had made it up. | hatetrader2
25/4/2012 08:08 | Well, this was a nice quiet thread until the usual suspects have come along. hatetrader2, why don't you do a bit of research before you make these comments. Actually, the contract win in January for £1m, was even better than yesterday's announcement. | bill182
25/4/2012 07:54 | Perhaps you can get moreforus to make up a fake rns here of more good news topinfo to help you before you dump these ? | hatetrader2
24/4/2012 16:38 | Well...a nice steady day's trading, which by my reckoning were mostly buys. I would expect to see a slow and steady rise from here, as I do not think there will be many people who will have such a low average. With the promise of positive cash flow and a return to profitability, this could turn out to be a good investment for 2012. | bill182
24/4/2012 14:22 | A bit of coverage: StockMarketWire.com - Arcontech Group has clinched significant new contract wins for deployment of its CityVision market data platform and Excel integration technology. These include agreements for deployment in Scandinavia, North America, London and the Asia Pacific regions. The contracts are worth in excess of £850,000 in total, over a three year period. The deployment continues the success of Arcontech's 'CityVision Adaptor' strategy announced last year allowing banks to deploy data vendor independent solutions, gaining flexibility and providing considerable potential cost savings. At 8:18am: (LON:ARC) ARC Risk Management Group share price was +0.02p at 0.12p Story provided by StockMarketWire.com | bill182
24/4/2012 14:16 | What we need now is to see some of the directors topping up their shareholding. I am sure that would send a clear signal about the outlook for the company! | bill182
24/4/2012 10:48 | depending on sales pipeline... if we're hoping to sign off some big contracts x3, x4 is not unreasonable.. | still waiting
24/4/2012 10:45 | Any thoughts on what a take out price would be? When you consider the directors hold circa 23% of the shares, and took stakes in the last placing at 0.2p, they would want a decent return on their investment and the years it has taken to get to this point. Four times NA's would give a 0.48p per share. I still think that is cheap considering the potential now! | bill182 |
