I've added about 2.35m shares this morning... I reckon prelims are not too far off and based on recent contract wins, we should be getting near break-even. If we get any more contract wins - then should be in profit imho - dyor

Why are people posting onto this thread the articles visible in the news feed service on the previous page... What a waste of space. Now let's see, 1400000 over 3 years... It's a small step, but is it split evenly? Are there penalty clauses? Is additional development needed to make things work and at what cost... No detail just headline numbers. Any positive news is good but not a cause for celebration, and the share price movement reflects that.

Last year they issued preliminary results pretty dammed quick, less than a month after 30th June 2010

If they do the same again, we will have prelims within a couple of weeks..

yep, I reckon we have a few weeks tops before more contracts drop and this starts to get noticed..

Contracted future annual recurring revenues amount to GBP1.1 million (2009: GBP1.1 million) and cover 60% of our cost base.

So as of march we have yearly contracted revenue of £1.1m which covers 60% of cost base. If you add in the 500k per year contract wins recently announced we must be approaching a break even situation going forward. Any more contract announcements and ARC should be in profit. Don't forget they had £1m in the bank at end of Dec 2010 and no debt. Largest shareholders own about 70% of the shares and from my own conversations these guys are long term holders, so free float is not as large as it seems.

We also got some good hints of news to follow in yesterdays RNS - its a no brainer imho. Website is good, BOD approachable and swift to respond. Ticks a lot of boxes for me going forward and I don't see how my 10m shares will not be worth £100k in the not to distant future.....
