The way I look at it steelwatch is that the RNS was late October, we are now in January and it shouldn't be too long before we have news about the trials.

" several new contracts are dependent on its availability"

If it is successful we could easily see 0.5p, if not..

Yep, saw that. Also saw a few turn up from the CR thread on the back of it.

Can you tell me what news you expect?

That is certainly something I haven't done, I gave the reasons for my investment, I tipped them on the PINN board a while ago and stated I was prepared to lose the lot because I see this as a pure speculative punt. I also said yesterday I sold a few at 0.22p which was too early, and have mentioned the decent late buy yesterday, and the big buy (for ARC) this morning. Unlike others who have disappeared, I'm still here until we get the news I think will be coming soon or we go belly up.

Should ARC fall to a 0.2p buy price I will buy more.

George - no, I still hold and have since starting this thread. However, until the company puts out some positive news, I'm afraid I'm deeply suspicious of certain posters who turn up out of the blue claiming the second coming and then vanish into thin air with their quick buck.

Hello Steelwatch,

I recall you saying that I was wasting my time in a previous post, as I told you then I had taken a punt on the strength of the previous RNS.

All I ever put down are the facts as I see them, I take it you don't hold anymore which would certainly explain your continued negativity.

George - classic pump and dump imo. Seems to happen every-so-often.

Boards dead again lol,

There was an interesting 2.5m buy earlier today, I also noticed a late decent buy yeaterday, these are not fortunes but could be quite significant for the likes of ARC. It is possible someone is stake building, we will see..

Its been a bit of a laugh here today hasn't it?

I must admit I sold a few at 0.22p, a bit soon as it happens, but bird in the hand and all that. I suspect a few holders may well have breathed a sigh of relief and exited.

I have kept just 1.5m shares to see what happens over the next few weeks, I think there is every chance of an RNS in the near future regarding the trials and hopefully a contract or two to run alongside it.

From the October 27th RNS,

Banks Trial Arcontech's CityVision for Linux

"Arcontech, the real-time market data technology specialist has today announced the Linux version of its CityVision market data distribution and vendor contribution platform. The new version has completed rigorous internal tests and is currently being installed for user acceptance testing".

I would suggest that the trials mentioned in the October RNS have been successful, and contracts were dependant on that.

Although they are only relatively modest buys, there has been a little bit of buying over the last 3 days.
