07/6/2018 10:21 | We can argue and present evidence all day long on both side regarding the state of the app market. Such as But hazl, can we have some actual analysis please. What are your thoughts on the £8m cash outflow and fundraise almost a year after flotation? | barvin
07/6/2018 09:59 | If Apple consider them their great cash cow ....I would rather believe them than some poster on a bill board. Post 200 reference. | ![]() hazl
07/6/2018 09:51 | Chuckle,I knew you 'd be back if it started rising! Sour grapes or what! The app market is growing...... | ![]() hazl
07/6/2018 09:27 | Huge losses and a big hint they are looking at a cash raise soon. On a positive, the turnover is a lot better than I thought it would be. With such a big market cap there shouldn't be too much dilution either. But as a Saas business, no details on the churn of those customers in their first year and I would love to scrutinize how they actually calculate that revenue, as if you look at cash flow from operating activities it actually comes in at £8m, which is just crazy. I have no confidence in their main business model, the app scene is in decline and it's not a great offering anyway imo. But I think they know that hence the diversifying acquisitions. In summary, just another AIM tech company with turnover dwarfed by huge losses on the constant treadmill of fundraising. Luckily, the market is so crazy you can get aware with this as people just aren't bothered and ignore fundamentals. But when/if the economy turns businesses like this will be in big trouble. | barvin
07/6/2018 07:50 | Phew! Only just got to the computer today. Can't believe no comments yet! A most promising set of results I thought. We have the added bonus of more work through the GDPR scheme through the screening service, too it seems. Finally...hope for the future....'We announced signature of a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire Priori Data in April 2018, and we expect to complete this transaction shortly after the publication of this report. Priori Data will add extra expertise to our team as well as new products and customer'. | ![]() hazl
05/6/2018 15:11 | A biggish drop on very little volume....perhaps similar on the way up to be fair. Six/seven days, then we ought to know where we stand with the acquisition, and to be honest either way ought to have some positive reaction I would have thought. Certainly better than being in limbo. Come on APPS get some positivity out there for those of us who believe in you! | ![]() hazl
05/6/2018 07:03 | AppScatter is moving offices of course so everything is going on at the moment! | ![]() hazl
05/6/2018 06:58 | ....'what we love about appScatter is that they take a daily challenge and simplify it for you. Through their platform, they give you immediate visibility into performance of your app, open up opportunities where you could be taking market advantage, provide insight into your competitor’s products, and more. And if organisations like Slack, Xero and Salesforce see the benefit, then the product speaks for itself. A great, simple tool to reap maximum benefit.' cfproventures.com | ![]() hazl
04/6/2018 17:35 | I have decided to see what the decision is, because I think the institutions and investors that agreed not to sell for a year, show great faith in the company and if they are prepared to wait I think it bodes well. It is true that uncertainty irks investors that can sell more easily. However sometimes bigger risk, brings greater reward. We will see. Good luck folks. IMO | ![]() hazl
04/6/2018 15:52 | Each to they're own. We will know more in ten /eleven days or so. | ![]() hazl
04/6/2018 13:47 | I'm out. Awful share price action. I'm not watching manageable losses go further south. | ![]() hpcg
01/6/2018 07:01 | I know who you are....and you are probably sweating a bit in the other one you are in as it raises some interest and is looking a lot better. Serial disramper when it suits you it seems to me. APPPS Putting that to one side the market doesn't like uncertainty and until the recent business is cleared up we will be shaky. However IF they get it right my hunch will be realised. | ![]() hazl
31/5/2018 18:43 | Feel sorry for the ones sucked in at 90p. You need your head testing investing in this share but good luck to you. | barvin
31/5/2018 13:12 | 15th June not long at all...to wait | ![]() hazl
30/5/2018 07:24 | Definitely one of my best picks I think. Come on AppScatter prove your mettle! | ![]() hazl
25/5/2018 08:46 | I believe this will be an exciting share, because it is in a very 'of the moment' industry, and management have recognised the potential, in providing an alternative to the current players in the market. They may or may not succeed but the signs are good, not least in that they have had a lot of financial support from notable sources. Don't forget,as well, that these players have agreed not to sell shares for a certain time-frame. The only comment I would make is that perhaps they were trying to grow too quickly, with this acquisition, but perhaps it was difficult to resist because it seemed a good part of the jig-saw to them. This will be resolved soon it seems. Then I think, whichever way it goes we will be firing on all cylinders again. IMO | ![]() hazl
24/5/2018 07:54 | well creeping up to the end of May I guess we will hear of the decision sooner or later. | ![]() hazl
18/5/2018 09:51 | AppScatter say....back in August 'According to a study, conducted by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, there are now 4.02 billion apps available to download in China. There was also 119.5 billion total app downloads in the first half of 2017 in China alone. App developers are suing Apple in China for anti-competitive behaviour 28 app developers in China have come together to sue Apple for removing their apps without reason. The developers claim they are being treated differently compared to others elsewhere in the world. A complaint is also being raised that Chinese developers are charged more for in-app purchases compared to the USA. The claims, stating Apple are abusing its market position, are now being handled by the Beijing law firm Dare & Sue. | ![]() hazl

15/5/2018 18:37 | Again quite a good idea to read their outlook and future prospects,as some insight might be apparent. Sometimes helpful to read expert's view,as it might well relate to AppScatter too, though it is speculation,we live in volatile times. | ![]() hazl
15/5/2018 18:30 | Octupus seems to have a very discerning choice of investments and amongst them is....yes,you guessed it .... Appscatter. Here they are discussing their results for the year. I must look into them more, because their choice of recent holdings, have been also some of mine, so I think we must have something in common! I have been in Quixant and Wandisco but no longer hold. AppScatter is my current favourite for a newish starter. | ![]() hazl
