I IMAGINE THAT WAS RHETORICAL?

Hmm a bit of interest this morning in roughly equal measure by the looks of it?

Why didn't they spell it out though, and report the net proceeds?

Agree it is difficult to completely be sure with the complications of tax-clearance
amongst various things.

I will be interested to see if the acquisition of Priority Data does enhance earnings as suggested.

That was another very opaque funding RNS yesterday.

What are the funds for?

What are the net proceeds (i.e. what costs were involved in securing the placing)?

How come it got away at 70p? Is it the 'general private placing' mentioned in June and subsequently extended?

The app is at an exciting point in time. There is a massive divergence in the role of apps and our overall reliance on them in many parts of life. Many are predicting '2018 will be the year of the app, so what’s driving the change?
A New Role for the App

Firstly, the concept of the app is expanding. In the past, apps were exclusively used by smart phones and tablets to efficiently run websites and services, like games. Now apps are being used to power computers, smart TVs, wearables and they will fuel the Internet of Things (IoT).
Apps and the Internet of Things

The emergence of IoT opens up a myriad of new opportunities for apps and app developers. Apple’s partnership with GE’s Predix SDK to enable IoT apps to be built on the iOS framework is recent proof, if it were needed.

IoT is a catch-all term to describe the concept of connecting everyday devices over the internet, to allow them to communicate with us and with each other. By programming the devices to act in a certain way at a particular time or when other things happen, they become more useful and more efficient at as a result. '

His warnings, about 'ridiculous and dangerous stocks', perhaps ought to include TLY.
Yet he promotes it!
Gone from 150p to 19p?

Perhaps he's hoping for a bounce?
Drag people in then sell?

Anybody that reads here be aware that Stig is likely barvin along with a host of names.
Shows his desperation if he can't make do with one like the rest of us.

DEALTA I think it goes back to April....

'The Company has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100 per cent. of the share capital of Priori for a total consideration payable on completion of the Acquisition of GBP13.5 million, of which GBP9.45 million will be payable in cash (the "Cash Consideration") and GBP4.05 million will be satisfied by way of the issue of 5,785,715 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Consideration Shares") at an effective issue price of 70 pence per ordinary share.'

but from memory was at a slight premium.

Barvin I no longer wish to have 'a conversation' with you.
You clearly tell complete untruths purely to get people to sell.
You say I haven't provided a good argument for this share when I have provided numerous detailed points in the past, and like your 'can't be bothered' phrase about TLY
I am not prepared to keep wasting MY time pulling them up at your say so.

Many, many shares particularly tech have suffered in this recent rout,APPS has suffered along with the rest and yes might continue.
However, you are not frightening me out of my shares, only if they don't come up with the goods will I sell.
In the mean time we will see if it succeeds.

I can only assume you are jealous and bitter at others' successes.

Couldn't care less about TLY, plenty of idiots on that thread. Feel free to join them. But aside, it has oodles of cash a high turnover and actually made a profit.

Back to APPS though, you have never made a single good reason as to why this is a compelling investment. Whereas I have pointed out numerous reasons why this is one of the biggest dogs on AIM.

If you look at the prospectus you will see there are 7m shares that are available to sell now that first year has passed. No wonder the price has decreased so much, they are running for the door! Who lets the dogs out... #woofwoof

"In addition, certain other holders of Existing Ordinary Shares have agreed not to dispose of interests in
Ordinary Shares amounting to an aggregate of 7,396,767 Ordinary Shares, representing a further 11.71 per
cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital, at any time prior to the first anniversary of Admission."

'Lombard Odier Almost Halves Stake In Home Healthcare Service Totally (ALLISS)
Totally PLC said Thursday Lombard Odier Asset Management Ltd has nearly halved its holding in the company. Lombard Odier reduced its holding ...'

Whereas we have got people willing to pay 70p a share for our little beauties!

Sure the general market is rough at the moment and I don't blame people for holding fire but to continually put your comments on this board is unacceptable, well pot and kettle cone to mind!

Why would investors pay to sign up for a placing at that price 70p when current share price is 23p?? It doesn’t make any sense. The share price has been well below that placing price for many months.

I wonder why Lombard Odier sold shares in TLY?

Nearly HALF its shares...perhaps you ought to have followed suit?
You really are going downhill on that share aren't you?
No doubt the frustration with that has led you to try to disrupt others' threads!

I've noticed that people get really personal when they haven't got a good argument as well and that is obviously the case here.

APPS
Seventy p a share placing when ours is what 23p?!

Go back to TLY where you belong.
At least the people here aren't nasty enough to come over and spoil that thread....but I am tempted!

Under 20p now I see over there!

Are you sure it is not you involved at a placing when the shares stand at 70% below, you seem stupid enough to do that. Fishy doesn't even come close. Again, no details of who these mystery placees are, who love to see £600k instant paper losses!

The market seems to have reacted well to the news! lol. Anyway, good entertainment watching this play out as always.

Oh!
I get it now!
That’s why they think you’re stig. You post as stig and beat it down and then buy it and try to talk it back up as Barvin perhaps!
Well,if it's true you’ve got a bit of your own medicine now on that thread.
Excellent!

I was also posting on my own for months at 100p in PRSM and look at it now.so stop blowing your own trumpet and go back to TLY where you don't appear to be doing any good at all!

I was in at 20, you were probably in this at 90. Ramping it up so you could pay more :-)

You have ramped this for months, spending loads of your "precious time", if I care to look back there was even an entire month where you were just posting to yourself if I recall. Now that's priceless!

I am not vindictive at all, will just be glad to see the back of another sham company on AIM. I give it twelve months, tops

Good thing that I don't take any notice of people I don't respect.
Perhaps I ought to throw a few negatives over at TLY though it doesn't seem to need my help.
To be honest I'm not the vindictive sort as I would feel sorry for the other holders.

If this goes bust I will sorry for the other holders, unlike you who
'will delight'.

How abhorrent!
