JA. Firstly I think we need a list here of shareholders (PIs) and their holdings and what they paid for them, to get some idea on what amount has been lost. I think it would be a great benefit to write to the company and advise them that we seek compensation and ask them to consider settling at an agreeable price to each individual, warning them that we are prepared to take action via legal proceedings if they fail to address and compensate accordingly. |

they declared themselves bankrupt then they were taken over , their technology must be worth millions along with their contracts and equipment, Pat Ryan most prob bought the company for nothing and came to some sort of deal |

So who is willing to take on the mantle of instructing this action. Obviously there are/would be many pi's who would come along for the ride and take on Pat Ryan et al, but it needs someone of solicitor mind to take it forward.
I would not have a clue as to what can be achieved or which route to take but someone on here hopefully has experience on here/iii/other boards. If all pi's were to get involved then surely, if nothing else, we can show the world what a crook this man is and warn any future investors in his schemes to be very very wary of the man.
