sad old duffer jtisadly , still clinging desperately to any hope of negativity ... lets not forget his recent posts... dear oh dear .... clueless....

5.7.21 "placing this week or next"
8.7.21"another placing or two in the next few months"
9.7.21 "" placing is in the queue and will come once the latest UKOG issue has been digested"
14.7.21 ""I'm expecting two placings this year"
"I'm expecting two placings this year"
21.5.21 "poor angus 0.20 soon" 10+ weeks ago.
" share price into the sixties shortly " 10+ weeks ago.
"oga approval doubt" .
" financing doubt" .
" running out of money " weekly prediction for last 6 months.
" 0.15 by end of year".
" placing soon " daily prediction for last 6 months.
"its a pump & dump" - it wasn't.
and now my personal favourite rambling from this loon : "They did run out of money towards the end of March, as we predicted" - And from the interim : As at 31 March 2021 the Group had cash of £591,000. As at 31 March 2021 the Group had net current assets of £1,351,000".
Here are a few of jtisadly's comment regarding mercuria:
"If Mercuria has written the hedge contracts, Anguish may fall into their hands"
"it's going to cost Mercuria lots of money"
"Maybe they can use Anguish's tax losses"
"I expect Mercuria to want Anguish to have more placings"
"I dare say Mercuria will be getting all its original demands met"
"I expect the loan terms to stipulate release of funds as and when needed and subject to Mercuria's specific approval"
"Id be surprised if we don't see the appointment of a Mercuria person as a Director there very shortly."
"The proposed loan terms are unaffordable. Mercuria must have something else in mind"
"For someone like Mercuria, this is a no-brainer. Tax losses that make pulling the plug on Anguish pretty well risk-free if they can't make money on the gas"

Is the penny starting to drop re the hedges? This is nomlungu on the other site this morning:

“Approximately 70% of a conservative estimate - does this mean that the company has entered into a contract to sell a specific amount of gas per month from July 2022. Are there penalties f they cannot deliver the gas they have agreed to sell? Have any penalties been insured against?”

It seems to me that Anguish are going to do all they can to ensure that they produce at least 70% of target gas production by July 2022. If this means drilling the sidetrack and thereby preventing gas sales in the early part of next year, when high prices can be expected to prevail, they’ll have to do it. To have sold gas forward at 43p/therm and find that the price is over 100p and you haven't got the gas to meet the contract terms would present a bit of an issue, what?

Looks like it was a paid article. Although it's also possible that his opinion has changed as it was almost 2 years ago that he was negative on Angs.

Still no SEL accounts. They’ve got ten days so they must be out tomorrow, unless Companies House are asleep again.

UJ9

I think his "mind was changed" by being paid for his interviews!

Angus PR company is "Flagstaff" as in Flagstaff TV whose logo appears in the scripted interviews.

Have a look back at all the previous ones, (Any interview really) and ask yourself what he has said has actually aligned with reality!

UJ9, no.

Plus even if I were, I'm sure I could pick any time between now and mid Q1 next year at the earliest and be able to pay pretty much the exact same price, so hardly any time pressure.

"can kick" is the classic reply from trolls and derampers when faced with a positive RNS ..... so predictable , so discredited ... " old duffers get a hobby "

Who's deramping? I agree entirely - the latest ANGS RNS just rehashes and restates information that we've all known for some considerable time. There's no new news.

This isn't a negative thing at all - but it's also not a positive thing either. Hence the market viewing this latest announcement as an irrelevant non-event and thus failing to react in any way.

That's a statement of fact.

deary me!

Don't take the bait. If he wants to de-ramp , who cares. If he wants to filter everyone, who cares. Most people filter the blatant ramps & de-ramps anyway. It's the same on every forum just now

Hilarious stuff from the company and the resident "moron"

Trying to downplay the so-called "Rumors" and disinformation by us well-researched posters by actually posting the following on the Q&A.

"SF07, something of a special case, was originally drilled in 2003 and had four side tracks: the first two encountered low permeability whilst the latter two, SF07X and SF07W were drilled in 2016 and were beset with operational difficulties which may be the source of the rumour that side-tracking in this field was particularly difficult"

And this

"Later drilling on the field, in particular, exploratory drilling aimed at the southern satellite structure (via SF06 and SF08) did encounter both less productive zones and these boreholes did require no less than five side tracks betwen them (much as the original SF01 had) and had limited but not negligible success."

So hardly a rumor or anything like it is it!! It's called FACTS! It would have helped the companies cause if it had answered truthfully when asked the first time on the Q&A page over a year ago wouldn't it.....When they forgot to mention 2 of the failed sidetracks in the answer and told us not to worry as they weren't drilling from SF7 but SF5 as it says in the now totally irrelevant CPR........Only it couldn't have ever been from SF5 as it hasn't got EA permission on it (as confirmed again in todays RNS) What's worse is they didn't even realise they needed to apply for PP for the sidetrack (Again stated in a Q&A answer)

So rather than trying to pretend that BB posters are "Starting Rumors" or "spreading disinformation" Why don't they try to actually get something right for once??

PS, The sharp-eyed will have noticed today's RNS fails to mention First Gas this year as previous ones have.

uclot - angus can boast shell and mercuria as partners ...that is undeniable . if those guys are in so am i . positive news flow is the new norm. any attempt of desperate negative posting from the resident window lickers is ridiculous, i know it and you know it.....and more importantly angus appear to know it judging by the last 2 months q&a replies....
